Their service is terrible, avoid going early because the cashier treated me badly and I went in the afternoon to get the supervisor to help me with a problem with my coupons. She behaved well but as soon as I got ready to do my shopping, she started talking about me to someone else. worker so loud I could hear her I think Walgreen needs to invest more money in extra training for their workers

I received some of the best customer service in years from two very nice young ladies. They went above and beyond to help me ship some packages. If I was thinking, I would have gotten their names to give them the proper acknowledgment with corporate.

Usually pharmacy is very good. Every time i need refill for tramadol i have to wait couple days for refill cause you are out of it. This time my acript was filled then put back to refill some one else on monday the 17th. I called tuesday and was told they only had 16 of my 90 pills. I repeatedly do not have my meds when i need them is bad enough but to put them back to be used for a different customernis going too far. I had already waited 3 days. I want something done about this and please tell me what you did about it

I would recommend their pharmacists any day of the week! Unfortunately, have recently been treated poorly by the pharmacy’s own manager (last two visits). A new tech was initially nasty followed by the pharmacy tech manager behind the counter. She didn’t know that I could hear exactly what she said about me because their voices carry. Regardless, this behavior is unprofessional, especially in this industry. Hopefully they return to their exceptional service because the last two visits have been very disappointing due to unnecessary rudeness to patients.

Called from a pharmacy for an inquire and possibly an emergency transfer. Every time the phone rang within the pharmacy Dept. the line was picked up and put on hold without a word. I needed to assist a patient that never received her package and was in need of emergency medication locally in her area. Very unprofessional and unethicality conduct. Wish zero stars was an option? I had to finally hung up without ever being assisted.
