This is the best Kia dealership I ever went to in Georgia. The customer service is phenomenal starting with the Manager David and the salesperson Evan. They helped me with my trade and gave me a fair value for it. They also got me in the amazing KIA EV9 which is a fantastic car. The sales rep Evan was fantastic and took care of my family from start to finish and made sure to take care of our needs. If you really want the car you are looking for please make sure you go see him because he will seal the deal for whatever you need. I would also like to say that David solved my issues after the horrible experience I had at Rick Case Kia. It was like the sky and the moon when it came to customer service. Thank you so much for everything again Evan and David and we will make sure to continue sending you all our family your way.

Took my KIA in for recall service. The dealership did a good job getting me in and out at my appointment time and checking to make certain the time I waited was comfortable. I will consider using this dealership for future needs.

Worst salesmanship!!!!
People save your money and spend it at a place who cares.
I just walked out from the kia mall of Georgia within 3 minutes. So Robert attended and started filling the questionnaire to ask about how much I want to spend and I said I am here to see the hybrid carnival and I know how much I can spend and approve from my bank. Still he said no I have to know how much you can spend so I don't waste my time. As people come and drive and then they don't have enough to buy the vehicle and that's the policy. I asked the manager and he said the same thing without addressing the issue or apologizing.
It's better to drive to Athens kia dealership. They did not have a hybrid so decided to come to kia mall of Georgia. Big mistake waste of time

Very disappointed in this place. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Never could get any responses or phone calls from Richard Ball. He is no help at all. Purchased a Kia from here and when I purchased it the seat had a place in it. I’ve called and called trying to get it fixed with no help. I took the car down there THREE times to get it fixed and the service manager took pictures of it and I never received a call back about when it would get fixed. Now two years later on August 13th the service manager reached out about the seat and said they would take care of it ASAP if I send a picture of the seat. I sent pictures on August 20th and it’s September 14th and I STILL HAVEN’T HEARD A WORD. The service is crap, and I was told I got three free oil changes when I purchased the car but I got charged for it. In my opinion there is a bunch of clams working here. Take your business to Jim Shorkey in Gainesville and don’t waste your time here.

Bought my car here and only get exceptional service when I need my car serviced at this location. Even though I was promised I could get my car serviced anywhere under my plan, it’s not accurate. I went to a closer dealership to service and was treated horrible. Even tried to contact Kia higher ups and have had zero success. I’m not sure what the deal is, but it’s clear each dealership only wants you to be serviced at that dealership. It’s a weird tug of war. But Will at Kia Mall of Georgia is always amazing and fast and takes great care of us and our vehicle

I was in search of a Wolf Gray Telluride and Kia Mall of Ga had the exact trim that I wanted! I submitted all of my interest information online to ensure that the car was still available etc. C.J Reycraft contacted me immediately and he made purchasing a vehicle out of state, such a smooth process for me and my family. His level of customer service, and personable stance made us feel like we were purchasing our vehicle from a close friend. There's a lot of sales people that could learn from him. C.J. and Ms. Natalie did some great admin work before we arrived o ensure that we could be in and out, and didn't have to waste any time. Lastly, even after the purchased he made sure that I was satisfied and answered any lingering questions that I may have had. Amazing Job C.J. and Kia Mall of GA! keep up the good work.

I bought a used Lexus from Kia Mall of Georgia last winter. I have had plenty of time to assess its reliability and my buying experience.
When I purchased the car, the dealer provided ample time for inspection, including allowing me to put the vehicle on a lift to check underneath. Although I had some reservations, an older gentleman working there assured me, "They thoroughly inspect their used cars." I've found this to be true. The car wasn’t perfect, as expected with any used vehicle. It initially pulled to the left due to the tires, which took me some time to figure out. However, the dealership did an excellent job reconditioning the car. They replaced the oil, rotors/pads, air filter, battery, and even the cabin filter. I've bought used vehicles before that required much more attention.
When I first saw the car, the salesman pointed out flaws in the paint. I would have noticed them anyway, but I appreciated the honesty.
Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would consider buying from this dealer again. I especially appreciate the meticulous work done by the reconditioning department to make the car ready for sale. I've put 15,000 miles on it in just a few months, including long trips like to Florida, and would trust it anywhere. It might be more reliable than anything else on their lot—after all, it is a Lexus.

I was shopping to replace my Telluride that had been totaled. I wanted the same color, gravity grey with black interior. First dealership I went to didn't have the one I wanted and were almost $60 a month more than I wanted to spend. They did the usually hard sell but I wouldn't budge. I went on line and had a response from two more dealerships. The one said they could get me the color I wanted but it would be $20 a month more than my budget. Enters Brent Causey at Kia Mall of Georgia. He had the one I wanted, agreed my terms and I filled out the credit application before driving an hour. He is only the second car salesperson that did exactly what he said he would without a bunch of dealer games. I've bought a fair amount of vehicles over the last 50 years and I've only encountered that once before 40 years ago. I could not be happier with my new Telluride and Brent's help getting me the ride I wanted at the price I wanted. Thank you Brent.

Having worked at a dealership before, I appreciate a salesperson that comes to you. Most people think sales people are annoying when they’re browsing, but when they are serious in purchasing who do they look for?
Not only did Richard come to greet us, but he was knowledgeable about the inventory and quick to find us a good deal. I would consider buying a car here anytime I’m in the market.
