Multiple visits and purchases always great service with good prices. Anything from $10 to size a watch I brought in to thousands for jewelry the service is great. I started coming here when I needed a replacement stone if amethyst for a ring I gave my fiance jn college and Guven did the work for 1/4 what Jared wanted and I just keep coming back

Had a great intention of purchasing a used Rolex from here, the gentleman who helped me was extremely unfriendly and very aloof. Not a great way to run a business. Went to Tara Fine Jewelry and was treated with the upmost respect from their staff although they did not have what I was looking for, they were very friendly indeed. Maybe the folks at Guven should swing by over there for a lesson in customer service.

I always take my jewelry to them whenever I need a repair or just a simple polishing.

Following a serious accident where my wife's wedding rings needed to be cut off, we took some time before deciding to have them repaired. Many, including the firefighters who assisted her, recommended Guven as the go-to place for such a delicate task.
I was deeply impressed by their honesty and the attention to detail during the repair process. They advised against unnecessary services, offering a very reasonable price for the work needed. Their compassionate approach led us to also have another of her rings repaired. Remarkably, they completed all repairs on-site in just one day!
Despite initially assuming that Guven would be expensive due to their prime location and impressive premises, I found their prices to be extremely competitive. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that I highly recommend.

I have shopped at Guven fine jewelry for many years. First when they were in the mall across from Gwinnett place and now in Byford. I use to always deal with the father and mother and remember the children when they were small. With that said I trust them to the point that I have called looking for something with only an idea in mind and then ordered it sight unseen and had it mailed to me. I haven't ever been disappointed. You can find cheaper but it won't be anywhere near the quality. They designed and made a ring for my daughter 30 years ago that she still wears. Granted it has moved to different fingers and been enlarged a couple times but it's still solid as it was on day 1. I still shop with them today.

So grateful we have found our new jeweler. My husband purchased a beautiful ring for me to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The ring fit but was a little snug so I decided not to wear it until we had it resized. On Saturday my ring was resized to perfection. There is no way one would detect my ring was resized. The customer service and craftsmanship they provide is OUTSTANDING.

Guven’s entire family are top tier class act. Eisa the patriarch of the family makes us feel like his family. Always, recommending whats best for us. Ive learned after 15 years of buying jewelry from this family listen and respect the experts.There is a comment on here that just doesnt sit well with me. My family is Italian immigrants. And our patriarch had a thick accent and at moments could be misunderstood but there was never any negative intent. I dont think its fair to assume a narrative.Knowing this family for as long as we have they take care of all. I want to share an incident. There was a troubled young man that made a very bad decision and tried to aggressively break into the store by busting out the windows with a bat. Most would have reacted in fear and most likely pulled a gun out to stop the attack. And most likely used the gun against the young man. Not this family, Eisa used his hands against this young man and deescalated the situation and Eisa’s sons held the young man until the police arrived. They serve with caring hearts in all that they do.Below any engagement rings have been purchased at Guven’s. And there are 6 in this photo with purchases at Guven’s.
