This is the best place!! I was in and out .I had to come here because the other place( Urgent care) lost my sample.I waited almost 2 hours they misplaced my paperwork and forgot about me. Never again. Very friendly and professional staff!

Horrible experience. Place has a very strong mold smell, not healthy. The only employee was nice and courteous but had her hands full. Had to wait an hour to get a test done after signing in, longest I’ve ever had to wait before. I would definitely not go back or recommend this location.

Terrible experience and customer service at this facility, the one employee I had today was as rude as one could be towards customers. Do not recommend anyone getting a screening done here. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Do not use these place...didn’t read the reviews until I was sitting in the parking lot wondering why they weren't open...no days/hours of operation posted...called the number and it fwd to a voicemail where the mailbox was full...after sitting in the parking lot for a while got a hold of someone who said the office moved and their forms are changing next week...even though there is no sign stating any of this at the actual office...complete waste of my time...go somewhere else

Great customer experience but make sure to call prior to driving to the testing site regardless of having scheduled your testing online thru the potential employer.Apparently you will be able to schedule a time for testing but the office may not be open as is what happened to me on 04/16/2019. While a bit frustrated the prior day having waited around for over 2 hours I did meet the owner after returning the following day who explained that the Commerce location in Buford Georgia is not open on Monday's and that customers should NOT be able to schedule testing/urine collection on this day using the online calendar provided by companies,as part of their hiring process.Prompt, courteous, attention provided by staff and would recommend this location for all your testing needs but would advise that with any of these types of Collection Centers that you first call before actually driving to the site,regardless of what their posted business hours says. Was in and out in 15 mins, upon arrival and after signing in, you are given a cup and sent to a bathroom where you can lock the door but ask not to flush the toilet or even wash your hands until after returning from the restroom to deliver your specimen to the technician. Once you do this you then can wash your hands, then visually verify your sample is properly sealed and finally to sign your paperwork. At this location, the urine sample is sent out for testing with results available in 2 days. If you are taking a prescription that will cause a positive it's not a big deal as you will be contacted by the folks who do the testing by phone, at this time you then need to provide the details for the prescription in question along with your Pharmacies contact information who they will be calling to validate you are indeed prescribed the medicine in question (Adderall, Suboxone etc.)

Their hours say they’re open at 9AM however I showed up and no one was there and the doors weren’t open. I woke up early to get there and ended up waiting for 20 or more minutes for no one to even show up and open the doors so I finally left. Huge waste of time and a poor choice.

I came here at 9 am. Parked and went to the door abd there is a sign saying the are close until 9:30. Its 10:00 am and its still closed and nobody answer the phone! Terrible service!
