Hannah sized me and her co-worker checked on me and helped me try on different undergarments until I found a few items that fit me well and I was comfortable with. “My visit to Nordstrom Rack on 12/15/2023, was a return visit, as an item ordered and picked up, was damaged. I had already corresponded with the store manager Katherine, who promptly and professionally responded to my concerns, asking that I ask for her, upon my return. As my sister and I waited in line, I spotted the manager's name on her work apron, at one of the registers. I called out and she enthusiastically greeted us. We made it to the front of the line and landed at Katherine's register. She again greeted me and gave a heartfelt apology for the damaged item and the inconvenience of having to make the return. Two minutes at the register and I felt that my world was coming to an end. I have Vertigo and was having a severe episode that almost put me on the ground. Katherine remained calm and continued to talk to me quietly, while another employee Carmen, came around the counter bringing me a chair, though I had initially turned it down, trying not to be an inconvenience. Both women are outstanding examples of how we should treat one another, regardless of our position in life. Carmen remained with me until my breathing returned to normal and she was convinced it was safe for me to leave. The actions of Nordstrom's employees kept my brain focused on them and prevented my episode from worsening and needing medical treatment. I am unable to express how grateful I am, to have had both women on my path today!!!”

I went to pick up some cologne on this day as I had a $100 gift certificate from Humana that I chose. Long story short I bought the new Armani Code that came out last October. It was 2.5oz and the total cost was $143.00. Basically I just had to come out of pocket $43 for my purchase, Granted it's much more better going to Macy's if you have some type of gift certificate or coupons. Unless of course you're just a high roller and it doesn't affect your pockets much.”

“The pump I used didn't automatically shut off and and was over flowing. There was a big stain on the ground where it looked like it happened before me. Other than that I always get my gas at this kroger and no problems.”

“It's Wal-Mart, what can I say, this store is usually stocked up with everything you need, seldom do I find items not in stock. However they can definitely work on opening more check out lanes at high volume times. I know it's difficult and I can imagine all the ongoing staffing issues they face, but people hate waiting in longghhh lines. Management has always been friendly when I needed finding something or had any concerns. This location is better than many I have visited...”
