Adil was great and he reflects well upon the Schwab reputation that brought me here in the first place. I swear I am not paid by them, but left very appreciative of his professionalism. He didn't rush me at all, I even felt like I was taking too much of his time yet he walked me through and helped me complete my 403b rollovers into Schwab IRAs and made it make sense. He thanked me, as a Veteran, in the MOST genuine way and it warmed my heart and reminded me why we do it. Schwab, EXCELLENT job.

I can’t recommend this branch enough! After moving my IRA from an employee sponsored service to Schwab, I found myself confused on how to use the online platform. I got in contact with Insia who quickly set up a meeting with Adil. He took time to walk me through the entire online dashboard and show me the different options available to me in the most patient and educational way. Before this, I spoke to online support three times and was so confused, so I really appreciated them taking the time to help me! If you’re looking for genuine and helpful support, this branch is the one to choose.

Not enough personal, and the one on site was actually rushing me out of the office due to a meeting, I told him I could wait but he explained that he had more meetings and I could schedule an appointment for October, time is precious for everyone and I felt absolutely offended by the lack of customer service at this location. Thanks Adil for your time again apologize for the inconvenience that I seem to brought you by dropping by this location. Unbelievable!
