I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Someone helped me and while they were getting my pick up order another associate approached me to make sure I was taken care of. Very friendly staff.

My 6 year old son went in there with his grandma and there was loud UNEDITED music playing. Vulgar language playing loud for all to hear… not family friendly shopping at all!

This store needs workers that actually work. I stood in line for a couple minutes waiting for the cashier to get off her phone and once she did she handled the transaction so rudely.

My go to store everytime I come to mall of Georgia. They always have great sales and the store stay clean. I’m always greeted and the associates are always so helpful. I came in one night with my 3 kids and they were closing in 10mins… do you know I got top notch customer service and wasn’t rushed not one bit and was able to get all 3 shoes in the sizes I need and I was in and out in 8 mins! Amazing workers and I will be a forever customer for that! Thank you guys!

Had the cashier refuse to return my son brand new never worn pair of shoes. Told me they had been worn even though I showed her where I ordered another pair of the exact shoe a size bigger the same day I recieved the first pair. She was upset because I asked her to take me while another customer found her email for her return after waiting 25 mins in line and 20 mins outside the store to get in. Then after I got a manager involved they were only going to refund 137.00 when I paid 180.00 for the shoes and my receipt showed I paid 180.00. I am a fan of Nike Vapors which are a 200.00 shoe of which I have purchased 8 pairs from Champs not to mention my 4 son's many pairs of school shoes. With customer service like what I recieved Sunday I doubt I will be back to any Champs. I'll just send my shoes back via the mail and purchase my shoes elsewhere from here on out.

This store needs help! The first time there we asked for shoes were told they were in stock then no one could find the shoes where they were in the back, lost about 3-4 pairs of sneakers sale. Go back again have the Jordan 12 in a size 12 just came in get those along with kid shoes get home they gave us the wrong size! Now they are sold out! Told us another store was holding them drive an hour to the store and it’s CLOSED! Smmfh!! They have horrible communication and the cashier needs to stop trying to act cool and ask customer the right questions when multiple pairs of shoes are on hold. Such a much!!!
