“I came in at the last minute before work to cash in my emergency change at the coin machine and deposit the money to pay my car payment because I came up short. I went inside to find the coin machine was down. I panicked and left not knowing what to do. I thought I could at least go in and ask to see if they could still help me, but I didn't really expect a good answer. I went in and said I'm sorry I need to deposit this change so that I can pay my car payment. Mrs. Angela hurried and got some change rollers and met me in the lobby!
