Chevron gas stations I don't know why but every time I get there from the outside it looks bad and also inside I have a dirty floor, dirty bathrooms with locks, where a person I don't know who it is but comes out to ask you to move when you are texting and you leave the phone and You continue to put on gas but they have little patience there. The guy thought I wasn't going to put on gas and I decided to get out of there because people like that don't have customers in these businesses called Chevron. The entire sale they have inside is dirty, dusty, no one cleans things and the burritos or tacos are full of flies that apparently have been hanging around there for months. ??

Nastiest, soda, fountain machine in existence ! Sludge on the tray ,coke dispenser only dispensing syrup. Should've stopped at another gas station smh ,their main forte seems to be cigarettes and tobacco products for cigarette heads .

There's isn't a more poorly managed gas station in Atlanta. Never expect a paper receipt, a functioning credit card machine, a working car wash, nor a vacuum with suction. There also usually miserable inside. AVOID!

It is simply unfortunate that this happens to be the closest gas station to my home. However, I'd literally drive to California to get gas/drinks before I ever stop here again. I've had my fair share of poor customer service over the years, but somehow, this run down, poorly operated gas station has managed to take the trophy. After their brand new tap to pay system didn't work for my transaction, I was berated by the two men working at the time (owners? Who knows). They kept insisting it was I who was making a mistake - not the system (I'm not quite sure how any human with half a brain could actually mess up double clicking a phone and placing it close to a machine, but hey..). After repeatedly explaining to them that I had exited and re-opened the card to tap, to the drum of about 7 times, one man came around the counter to explain how it was a new system and couldn't possibly be broken. He proceeded to stand there insisting as much without actually doing a single thing to help, check or move to a new register. After about 3-4 minutes of standing at the counter while two men accused me of not knowing how to tap a phone, I was told - scratch that - I was shouted at to move to the next register to tap my phone. So, I moved over, tapped my phone, it worked (SHOCKING), and then both men lost their whole dang minds because apparently telling me to tap the register, actually meant just move there and stand until I scream tap. I guess saying tap vs. screaming it means two different things here. Well, unsurprisingly after having experienced quite literally worse customer service than a McDonald's drive thru at 2am after ordering 18 McFlurries, I left my items at the counter and left. Something about getting berated at noon in a hole in the wall chevron just wasn't sitting right. But wait, there's more.. I suppose because of their misguided frustration at ME for their system not working and tapping when I was told to, they decided "hey, we're going to approve that tap for $10.37 and charge her for something she never purchased nor was even her order!"I mean, if they'd just asked for $10 that clearly they desperately needed, I'd have given it to them. But no, Swiper 1 and 2 decided they'd just steal the money and laugh believing I wouldn't get a whole a** alert showing the charge (makes you question operator error on the tap issue tbh). After noticing the charge, I obviously returned to be refunded and I'll admit, after this entire fiasco, my language probably wasn't spoken in Mother Theresa's tone. They returned the $10 and I'd like to point out that this was returned without even having to say how much they needed to refund me..which is telling. I mean, they had to approve the charge themselves so it's no shocker they knew how much they'd stolen. Moral of the story, if you're into things like being shouted at, accused, and having your money stolen, boy oh boy is this the place for you. It's like the Dicks Last Resort of Chevrons. TLDR: Unless you're into dumpster fire businesses that steal, drive .7 miles down Peachtree to the BP. Less entertaining, but you won't have to deal with theft and grown men who think they're intimidating because they can scream louder. Godspeed.

Horrible customer service. Went in for a receipt from the car wash 5 minutes after I had it cleaned and the lady asked me why it took so long to come in and get the receipt. Attitude and a long face gets you nowhere.

The owner called the cops just for sitting in the parking lot waiting on my direct deposit after I had already bought something. Absolutely do not go here late at night!

Very unreasonable and unhelpful staff. Wasted $12 on a product that was dead upon opening the box and they would not return or exchange or even say sorry for selling a dead and unusable product. Unbelievable.
