We bought a Jeep in July that ended up being a disaster waiting to happen. The repairs needed almost immediately have cost us almost $1500 and my husband, by the grace of about 2 minutes, avoided a fatality due to the CV axle and control arm breaking as he was getting ready to enter 285 traffic. We will never purchase from here again not recommend Big O to anyone.

Will not stand behind there cars if it breaks in the first mths even if ur making payments, they will not even loan u something while u fix urs and make the payments.. a friend brought a car and they where not helpful at all except make it worse..

Do not do business here, the owner sold us a van with a salvaged title, then refuses to give our money back. We are now having to go to court to get our money back. Do not buy anything from here!!
