I don't think you really want my feedback after you guys allowed my dog to die. That's right. You people allowed my dog to die under your care. You failed my little guy and you definitely failed me and my wife. We can never get our little Skooter back. What bothers me the most is he didn't understand. I will recover and move on. But he didn't have a voice. I was his voice and to that I failed him by allowing and trusting in you to look after him. He didn't deserve that. I hope you understand that under no circumstances would I or shall I ever recommend Best friend. You people were my vet and boarding for years. You will always get a negative review as far as I am concerned. You still owe me a $18.00 refund. I want my money.

These folks are great. We were going through hard times and they got us what we needed to take care of our animals without going over or budget. They really care about the animals and consider their care.

Made a last minute appointment here for my sick elderly dog. Staff was very patient and considerate telling us the not-so-great news, and when they helped us put him to sleep. Very grateful for the kindness the staff showed me and my family in the process of sending off our little guy.

We searched high and low for a vet that we could get a rescued kitten in asap on the same day (due to appearing underweight and flea infested). I was able to explain our circumstances, and they got us in within a couple hours. Our new addition was looked over thoroughly, and we ALL left in a much better state than when we arrived! We are very thankful for Best Friend Vet!

My rather difficult, ok aggressive, dachshund had his nails cut there today. Both Mallory and McKayla were amazing! Took them both but they were an awesome team! First time leaving any vet, spa etc. without him sulking all the way home! We will be back!
