Almost 2 months of waiting on my arrows and several delays they emailed me and said that they will be refunding my money because I didn't reply to their email right away. Hunting season is almost over and I was told they were great suitors for good arrows. Really unfortunate.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I've read the negative reviews and note that most all are regarding shipping/warranty issues that are out of BHS control. My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing in terms of price, customer service and shipping time. Their Sales Manager Summer Vise has never failed to respond to emails in a timely manner to answer questions and assist with special requests. My only complaint is that they're 3 hours away!

I have purchased 2 bows from bhs always great customer service arron has helped me with any issues or adjustments i have came across I dont think you will find a better shop for archery needs lots of inventory to choose from

Came in today for help with a Elite Ember bow. Aaron was very helpful and explained everything in detail to what needed to be changed and helped get this bow on target. So I actually ordered something from this joint through Amazon. I specifically used Amazon, instead of a brick and mortar location, because it was a gift to be delivered to someones residence and Amazon usually has a way of making that kind of thing happen with haste. I was pretty sure Amazon had standards in place that would keep order fulfillment from being trapped in weeks long dwell time. Also, I was surprised to find out that things can still be shipped via the Pony Express. Since Amazon is usually great with shipping their products, I can only assume that this Bow hunter supply store is where things went wrong. I wouldn't buy anything from them again. The shipping update says it has been in transit and may be delivered in another 6 days! Maybe the shipping folks down in Georgia learned how to run things from Dansby Swanson and Austin Riley, the two worst baserunners in MLB history. In what year and what possible location in the USA is an additional 6 days of shipping an acceptable time frame? -except for maybe the far reaches of remote Alaska? Steer clear of Bowhunter Supply!!!
