My sweet new pup has been well taken care of by Dr John and his staff. So far we've been going through the process of getting all of her shots, I've had no issues and the price is very reasonable.

Dr. John, Ms. Reid, and Ms.Thompson were true to their word! My dog came home very healthy and I, very happy and relieved!!
I am a dog lover, and have had their companionship all of my 60 years, so, I should know about veterinary clinics.
I HAVE NEVER been so pleased to have learned about this one years ago. From the moment you get there, they are helping you. In my case, it is always with a large baby that needs help getting out of my vehicle. They truly are wonderful.

We have an adult Sheltie, that had been bitten or injured by puncture wounds! Dr. John took very good care of him, at a very reasonable cost! This Doctor is not trying to make a killing off of his patients, like most Clinic's do. They also Board your pets, when you go on a Trip or a Vacation! We appreciate Dr John and his friendly Staff, for all they do to help us with our Sheltie! We recommend your try him too!

I love Dr. John's. They are very knowledgeable and don't jump to expensive tests or procedures before trying some common sense solutions. I feel that they have my pets' best interests in mind at all times. They never try to sell you any products and offer sound advice for any problem. They also don't try to up sell you on silly procedures or vaccinations your pet doesn't need. It is always a pleasure to go there :-)

Don't waste your time going here. I waited three weeks for an appointment to have my dog groomed. On the day of the appointment I arrived at nine o'clock to drop my dog off. the staff was there but the door was locked and no one would come to the door. When I tried to call I got an answering machine that stated they opened at nine o'clock. After waiting for fifteen minutes I called again and left a message then I left. I received a returned call from the groomer, which consisted of a lot of excuses and her hanging up on me. Businesses fail to realize that the customers, that pay the bills for these businesses, have responsibilities and schedules of their own. I personally wasted three weeks and half a day trying to do business with this company to be treated with such disrespect and contempt. That is my time that I will not be compensated for.
