“I stopped to get gas and my battery died while on my way to work. Got someone to jump it off and drove straight to O'Reilly. Caitlin immediately came out to run the code and test my battery. She determined that it was a bad battery, pulled up several options for me to choose from, and went straight to work removing the old battery and putting the new one in for me. What could have been an all-day process took about 20-30 minutes and I still got to work on time. Great customer service and Caitlin was so kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning!!!”
