John at Ray’s has fixed my Hummer multiple times for me. They are busy and you must make an appointment but are worth the wait.
Their prices are reasonable and the work is quality. It is wonderful to have them part of Blue Ridge.

What great service! Two very good friends of mine broke down at the marina with what we all thought was a dead battery. Had truck towed to Rays auto and tire around 4:15 and they looked at the truck right away to see if it was something as simple as changing out the battery. If you know one thing about Rays, it's that they're one busy arse shop. Long story short it turned out to be much more complicated repair with a burned and melted part in the fuse panel. Problems arose finding a part but they took the time to finally locate said part and at a lesser price than normal. Found a bad starter at the end, which may be what burned out the fuse panel! In the end, I could not believe the final total on the invoice. If this truck went to the dealer, this price would likely have been multiple times higher with considerably longer down time! I've been in the auto repair business in Miami for 44 years and my own shop for 33 years. Great customer service, diagnostic skills and fantastic pricing! No wonder they're so busy! Thanks guys for the good service! As we will be moving up there soon, it's nice to know that my go to shop is just down the road! Also, my family has been using Rays shop since his dad first opened, whey back when! Though they have since moved to Blairsville they still go there for all their repairs!

Day started with a blowout (dual axel TT) North on 76. Put on the spare & continued North w/ a pucker factor of 9.5 (tire was dry rotted so I knew it could happen again at any moment). Headed South on Aska Rd and BAM … blowout number 2 just 50ft North of Rays. It was truly a gift as I pulled into the Rays parking lot with purpose. Jumped out of the truck, took a breather and Dave comes out asking if we are ok. I said, yes & thank you and then asked if he had any tires that would fit. He dropped everything and changed just one. After the care & service, plus competitive quote, we left Blue Ridge with FIVE new tires three days later. We were treated like family with every employee we spoke with. Thank you!!!!

My family has been taking our vehicles here for well over 10 years and we have always had a good experience. These guys are honest and knowledgeable technicians that have always done really good work. The only downside is that with such a strong reputation they usually have a backlog of 2-5 weeks.

Fiancés car has been there almost a month for overheating and we are still waiting. Avoid this place unless you absolutely have no other choice. Very poor customer service they claim to have “fixed” the issue where we drove 5 miles down the road to have it just overheat again. We have been charged over and over for what they think is the problem whoever the mechanic is lacks the ability to fix a common issue.
