Grayson is very rude, hateful, and unprofessional. He raised his voice to my wife while I was on the phone with him. He will not do what he says. He doesn't know how to find parts for a vehicle; my wife had to do his job for him and look the parts up for our vehicle . We have discovered broken parts on our vehicle-the part that sprays the window cleaner on the windshield as it was not broken before it went to their shop for repair. We also have a broken Rugged Ridge Light that was not broken before it was at their shop; they put new bolts and a zip tie on it to try to fix it and cover it up. He did not say a word about the 2 broken parts to us. I do not recommend taking anything to them to fix because they will be very unprofessional about everything. Take your vehicle anywhere else.

We were on vacation and basically became stranded as our car had mechanical issues and we could not drive it. After the run around with AAA for hours and the garage they wanted to tow it to telling us they couldn’t even look at it for 2 weeks we called Blue Ridge Handy Lube and even though they had a full schedule these guys went out of their way to help us out. They recommended a tow driver who was there quickly and able to maneuver the gravel mountain roads where we were located with relative ease. They not only fixed our problem in a few hours but made sure they didn’t see any other issues and that the car was good for the long drive home. They were very friendly and truly seemed to care about our situation being in a place we knew no one. And to top it off they did not take advantage of our situation and charged us a very fair price. Highly recommend!

I could not recommend these guys higher. Visiting from out of town, we needed diagnostics and repair before we started a long drive back north. They took my car in immediately, diagnosed and fixed the problem with my parking brake within a half hour for an unbeatable price. A+ service.

I am visiting from out of town. I noticed with my drive through the mountains coming from Florida that my lower radiator hose was leaking on my 2018 Duramax. I called a couple of places, Grayson was gracious enough to get me in before I headed back to Florida. They replaced the lower radiator hose assembly,which is a very complex service. He ordered the hose got me in the next day and charge me a lot less of what I thought it was going be compared to what I’m usually charged by my mechanic in Florida. I am blessed to have found these guys.
FYI, do not judge the look of the building, for the service is top notch. I say this because I was skeptical at first. Great guys.

My husband and I came into town for vacation and the evening we arrived my car started making squealing noises. We hoped it might be rocks from driving on gravel roads but we called them the next morning and spoke with Grayson. He was awesome! He looked at my car a couple hours later that morning and luckily didn’t find anything wrong. He was also very kind and didn’t charge us for taking a look at the car. The next time we’re in Blue Ridge and if we have car trouble, we will be going to them for sure!

Our car's alternator went while were on vacation in Blue Ridge. They answered the phone with a friendly voice, quoted a reasonable price, and fixed it in two hours. They even asked to come back to say "hey" next time that we visit. I love them.

Truck had suspension issues while vacationing in Blue Ridge. Handy Lube got it in, diagnosed, and fixed without delay. Didn’t mess up my vacation and didn’t cost me and arm and leg. Friendly and professional. Will definitely remember them for future repairs. Highly recommend.

This autobody shop was great to us. Our car alternator went out while we were on vacation., so we googled them. Our mechanic was two hours away and it would have been costly to get it towed to him. They were so friendly when they answered the phone. They said sure just bring it in and we will fix it for you. So, they did. It was fixed within three hours and they told us to come back to say \
