Don’t waste your time here. They would not honor the online quote to trade my car in or honor the advertised price on a truck. Their website showed a price of $47k and they wouldn’t budge off of the $52k msrp in store. Between that and not honoring my trade quote, it led to a $8500 difference in online quote and the actual price in store. Shady sales tactics to get you in store.

After many personal vehicle purchases at Bill Holt Chevrolet, we have been so pleased that we have sent many of our friends and family here. They have a great selection on their lot. However, my favorite part of purchasing through Bill Holt Chevrolet was the ease and no pressure from the sales staff. Dewey Cardd and Kevin Reese have a lot to do with that! It is always a great buying experience at Bill Holt Chevrolet.

I love a small town dealership. Our sales consultant, Steve Hammond, was very helpful and understood that we have a family and needed to keep within our budget. He strived to get the most equity out of our old trade-in. He knew the car we were interested in, inside and out. And because it had a previous owner, he helped us work the cost down. The financing was simple too. Dewey Cardd was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, he explained all the in's and out's of our financing. That helped me alot, since I'm not so good with finances, or paperwork. The folks at Bill Holt know the people of this community and care about its residents. Let's face it folks new or slightly used vehicles are a big investment, let the folks down at Bill Holt help you make the right decision that best fits your needs and budget. Thanks guys for guiding us into our dream car. The only regret I have (I know what your thinking, it's a high payment for a million years), but no....its that my wife gets to drive the new one, not me?. Thank you all for helping us through this difficult decision, and I can't wait till it's my turn, by the way I'm looking for a small truck?

We are beyond thankful for the kindness of this dealership. We were on vacation with our 3 kids, 2 of which are in car seats, when our car broke down out of nowhere on Saturday evening. The dealership was closed Sunday so we waited for Monday to come which is the day we were supposed to leave. They called us in the morning to check in and explained to us how busy they were and that they would get to us as soon as they could, but no guarantee it would be that day. We appreciated their honesty and transparency. We went by around noon to check in and they already had our car pulled back and fixed. They were running final diagnostics on it and would be sending us on our way. I was in tears I was so thankful. We know they were so busy and didn’t know us from Adam, but they knew we were in a bind and took amazing care of us, went above and beyond when they didn’t need to. Every single person we talked to from sales on Saturday to service on Monday were great. I highly recommend this dealership for any needs. THANK YOU to the amazing staff here. You all do not know how much this meant to us!

Very disappointed, trying to give our local places the sale, BUT when I walked in with a possible trade of a 2022 Trailboss, and an interest in a new truck, We had to chase after a sales representative and even then was given no attention to helping us with our inquiries. No interest from anyone in the store, and there were several salesmen sitting around on their cell phones, instead of assisting a buyer. Don't know that I would be buying here or even recommending to anyone else. Nice inventory, but no interest from reps.

Went Monday and bought a 2024 trailblazer RS from Bill Holt Chevrolet from the salesperson,finance person and the whole experience was fast efficient and awesome I highly highly recommend if you want to buy a new Chevrolet don't go anywhere else

FANTASTIC experience - everyone on the Bill Holt Chevrolet team is so wonderful. Matt and Randy were pros, and were patient with me during test drives and with my questions, and Dewey did a great job explaining warranties. The actual purchase was very smooth, and they all made sure I was 100% confident before I left the dealership.
