“Tre was so helpful and positive when I went in to test my battery out last week. He got the battery corrosion all cleaned off and advised me on a helpful kit that can help prevent the corrosion in the future. We realized I would need a new battery and he advised me that the battery I had was an Advanced Auto Parts one so I would need to go across the street to see if it was still under warranty. I told him if it wasn't that I would come return and purchase a battery from him b/c he was so helpful and kind. I did return to get a battery from Tre but then got a last- minute call that Advanced Auto Parts could actually replace it at no cost and he gave me a high-five (even though he was losing the sale) and was just so happy for me. If any of Tre's higher-ups read this, if there is any way you can give him a bonus or promotion for his wonderful service, I would highly endorse that. Thanks again for everything, Tre!”

“I stopped to get gas and my battery died while on my way to work. Got someone to jump it off and drove straight to O'Reilly. Caitlin immediately came out to run the code and test my battery. She determined that it was a bad battery, pulled up several options for me to choose from, and went straight to work removing the old battery and putting the new one in for me. What could have been an all-day process took about 20-30 minutes and I still got to work on time. Great customer service and Caitlin was so kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning!!!”

“If I could give Joe Hudson’s Collision Center 10 stars instead of 5, I would! After being side-swiped on Hwy 316 by an uninsured driver, my insurance company recommended a repair place. When I took it there for what I thought was a deep 12-inch scratch, the cost estimate was substantial and included painting that panel and the one next to it for continuity. I took it to Joe Hudson’s for a second opinion. Chuck examined my car, took a lot of pictures, and asked if he could try something. He came back in a few minutes with some rubbing compound, and within two minutes he had removed the scratch. Turns out it was just red paint from the car that hit me. Awesome! Again, at least 10 stars for quality of work and honesty!”
