We bought a home from Jill Rice and it was MESSY. During the move out process, the previous owner damaged many walls and floors while leaving some rooms just gross!
When my wife and I have bought & sold property before, we never encountered a realtor who didn't use a professional cleaning service. We were disappointed the realtor skimped on this and it showed.
Jill also lied in the listing where she advertised a wood burning fireplace and even PHOTOSHOPPED a fire into the fireplace. This was not true whatsoever.

I have dealt with many realtors but after finding Jill Rice there is only one that I want to deal with now! Her attention to detail and level of communication are unmatched! She listens to the needs her clients and doesn’t waste valuable time showing what she knows doesn’t fit! I highly recommend Jill and her team!
