Parking is a little sparse but the building and lake were perfect for the graduation celebration that I attended!

Beautiful. Not enough parking though. Street parking is available however be mindful that it is a neighborhood and if there are multiple events going on, even street parking is limited. My advice is carpool. It is a lovely venue for no more than 50 to 75 people.

It's a beautiful event venue. Nestled inside of a beautiful Avondale neighborhood.Was there to celebrate my gmother in law's 100th birthday celebration!!!
