From Sarasota, FL to Augusta, GA.. Business seems to run pretty seamlessly. I'll tell you up front.. I have only ever entered an Ulta store once in Sarasota for less than 3 mins. I ultimately went in to apply for a job, in under 3 mins was made to feel more unwanted and uncomfortable than ever in my life, and I grew up in the 90's.. kids were mean! I don't wear pounds of makeup every day.. or ever really. I'm a more natural kinda girl, Layers of stuff on my skin makes me feel clogged up. To each their own though! I just needed employment! They looked at me and my uncaked face like Julia Roberts on Rodeo Dr. ...And out the door I went.. toodles! Fast forward a year.. got a different job & a friend opened my eyes to the world of discarded merchandise! Perfectly good items, products, money.. disposed of for whatever reason they justify it with!. They, being.. the wasteful pigs of corporate America and Big box stores. It's unbelievably disgusting how much is wasted on a DAILY basis! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! But they are not! And then there's the people that work for these companies and participate in destroying perfectly good & donateable merch.. I get it I get It! You're just doin your job! I Get It! But shame on you too! Dare to be different! Or don't! Yes.. Yes.. DON'T! I have not(besides a few specific needs) bought a beauty, cosmetic or fragrance product in about 3 yrs! Do I think it's appalling at how much of this could be donated!?.. Yes! Am I complaining!?.. NO! No I am not! And they are not the only ones!

Hi all. I am a customer here and am very happy with this store. I have an embarrassing situation where I am losing my hair due to medical reasons. It makes me feel sad and self conscious. I went here to buy some Nioxin products to try to help my hair situation. The ladies here are so kind and professional. They helped me get exactly what I needed. They complimented me how pretty i am despite my situation. They built me up even when I came in tears to shop. Thank you for being so kind and mindful. Thanks you for having my product I needed. I was at the Augusta Robert C. Daniel Pkwy Tuesday mid day. Allison approached me and asked if she could help. I told her my situation and she not only showed me a product but taught me how to use it. I left there with 4 different items. She was very knowledgeable, most helpful and compassionate. Cudos and much appreciation Allison. You made my day.

Dolores does my brow wax and she amazes me every. single. time! My brows have never looked better! She talks me through the process along the way and educates me on achieving the look I want. She’s the best!

Went to get my hair done first time was welcomed kindly. The lady who did my hair was so sweet. I was nervous she did a fine trim. I wanted voluminous layers and left with something slightly better than when I got there. It seemed like she was afraid to actually cut volumizing layers. It was really not worth the $57 dollars

Me and my family who are black were racially profiled and we were followed around the store the whole time we were there up until we left and it wasn’t like they were following us to help no because if that was the case I wouldn’t have written this review not to mention that when we walked in the store one of the clerks yelled something at my brother when he did nothing wrong

I was highly impressed with the service from a specific employee. She goes by E! She was very knowledgeable about all the products even down to skin care. I’m not very makeup savvy but she was so patient and sweet, I felt comfortable asking her everything! I will definitely be back and ask specifically for E. I love her and her attitude and her makeup is flawless too!
