Josh and Richard were punctual, kind, and did an incredible job! They treated everything like it belonged to them. They worked non-stop and efficiently. They both exceeded our expectations and I could not be more satisfied with the service we received. 10/10 would recommend!

Wow. Tron and Timothy knocked it out of the park. All furniture cared like they were thier moms. These guys were very quick and very professional. Any future moves will be handled by 2 Men and Tron and Tim

They were upfront and honest about the cost in their estimate. Nicole was very helpful in getting everything scheduled and adding on additonal junk hauling to the moving plan. The movers themselves were punctual and efficient.

We called Two Men and a Truck because we were displaced due to damage from Hurricane Helene. Not only were they able to get us scheduled quickly, the office staff made suggestions on the trucks needed and the hours that were spot on. The guys that came to move us were phenomenal. Two trucks, with two men each, and they were very caring and careful and not to mention, STRONG!!! They took great pride in their work and we were moved with not problem. I highly recommend this company!

AVOID THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR POOR SERVICE!
Final Update: Reached out to BBB and they never responded and I reached out to corporate to let them know what happened and there is nothing they are going to do. I will make sure to tell everyone not to use this company. If you decide to, and get a mover name Alex, request someone else or watch him like a hawk.
Update: As I finally unpack my storage to move into my house, I'm confronted with a heartbreaking sight. This is how they packed my TV…. THEY BROKE MY TV ?. The frustration and disappointment are beyond words.
When I attempted to file a claim, Shawn informed me that I had a mere 96 hours to do so AFTER they had moved everything to its destination. But how was I supposed to know and file a claim if they had placed my broken TV in the back of my STORAGE UNIT? It's exasperating that they are not willing to make things right. Their lack of accountability is appalling. I hope karma catches up with them. It's unjust that they can get away with this. Please, learn from my experience and avoid them. Yellow Dolly Moving LLC was a far better and more affordable option. Our move from the storage unit to my house took only four hours, compared to their eight!
Moving out of my last residence to storage, I wasn't able to get a day over the weekend, but the staff was able to schedule me for two days: the first day for packing and the second day for moving it into the storage unit that was only .2 miles away. The movers seem professional but would only do one room at a time, which takes a long time. I packed a lot beforehand to secure valuables and cut costs and time. Also, I removed my sofa and mattress so the movers did not have to do anything with them. The first day took 5 hours to pack and then 8 hours to move it to my storage unit (A total of 13 hours)!
As I asked the movers if we could move quicker because I had to return to work, and it still took that long. :( They were nice guys, but I started to feel like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a single female moving by myself, and it was my fault for being nice. This feeling of being taken advantage of is deeply unsettling. Some friends told me I should have called their boss, but I didn't want to get them in trouble. I called the company after seeing that it would cost $2,290 (and I gave them a tip) for the total move (which is more than my rent). The staff was understanding, and they even noticed that it was taking longer than needed and reimbursed me a couple of hours, but I still believe that was way too expensive, and that experience still bothers me. I used Two Men and a Truck before, and now I'm curious if the movers also dragged out my move. Even though they tried to make things right, it was way too expensive, and I can't trust them not to do that again. If I get the same workers, it will be weird and stressful. I will have someone with me the next time, have a strict schedule, and make sure I pack all my belongings to prevent this, but I won't be using Two Men and a Truck again. I wish you the best of luck.
Update: I appreciate your response, but it seems to reiterate what I stated in my original post. I never said that you didn't listen or try to resolve the issue. However, I was told that the move from my apartment to the storage unit, which wasn't even that far away, would take about 8 hours. I could manage that as I still had to go to work. If I had known it would turn out this way, I would have chosen a different date or option. Especially when I explained to the movers that I needed to return to work. After reading your response, I feel like my concerns have been overlooked, and I will definitely be seeking services elsewhere. Best of luck.

I had a great experience with the movers and the price was phenomenal. Nothing was broken they were awesome. Moved me in the aftermath of Helena Hurricane. The guys left their family to help us out.

Kordel and Hunter came out last weekend to help us get moved.
From the initial contact they were professional and kind
Those two dudes got to WORK. We had pretty much everything packed, that was packable, but we still had a lot of crap! I seriously can't express how good those guys were. They showed up about 9 and left the new place around 6. We got them some subs at lunch....they didn't stop and just kept hammering.
Nothing damaged. Nothing wrong.
Hats off to those 2 guys. Thanks for helping.

Out of 3 men only 1 of them were respectful and kind. The other 2 acted as if they didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to move certain items. A few things were damaged and even though they came out to repair the dresser since they did not take the drawers with them to see if it was properly repaired the drawers however did not work once it was brought back home.

One of our TVs went missing completely. My gaming laptop was taken from my closet and placed under the porch. Obviously for later retrieval. One of the guys said "We know we ain't going to get no tip" but then asserted that they weren't asking for a tip. Really? My dad now calls them "Two Thieves and a Truck."
And yes, I've contacted them twice over this matter and each time get no results. And I didn't make demands. And our house being in disarray didn't move my laptop from my closet under the porch.

Excellent to work with, office staff very knowledgeable, accommodating and communicated everything we needed. The moving technicians were excellent, very skilled, worked safely and went out of their way to meet our needs, ver satisfied with Two Men And A Truck.

They were over an hour late to their own appointment time they put out. the packers work slow (hence why they get paid by hour) took a 2 hour job and made it a 3.5 hour job. save your time, find another company.

I moved about a week ago. The sign in their office window said “Mommy movers”,which drew me in. I am/was moving, on my own, with a 5 year old. Once I got to the heavy items, I wasn’t sure what to do. Ms. Becky at the office was a huge help in explaining everything. Their pricing is for moms who need MUSCLE!!? Jose and Trey were awesome. Helpful and kind. Made everything super easy. They even moved my kids sandbox with the sand INSIDE!! Amazing guys, I am so impressed with their work ethic and conversation skills, and professionalism. Thank you Trey and Jose, I could not have done it without you!

April 2024 they just finished moving my Father to his new home.First and foremost the two associates that came to move the goods were extremely respectful, professional, careful throughout the entire move. If they saw one of use making adjustments they immediately jumped in to help. I would hire Gee and his partner again in a heart beat.The 4 stars are because the franchise owner or office were never available by phone after they had taken my Dads deposit.It would not matter what day or what time.of day they never answered nor return any voice-mail. The only way they would answer is if I called from a private line. After speaking to others this is typical of office staff. It was disappointing because this has not been pur experience in the past with other Two Men... franchisees. Also, a little off-putting on responses to some reviews.The actual movers were 100% on point perfect.
