Can't speak to whether or not they are a good dealer or have a good service department but try getting them on the phone and if that is indicative of how they treat customers I would be hesitant to do business with them. I scheduled an appointment (online, can't call them) for service on a Monday morning for the following Friday. The system said the appointment was scheduled but I never received any kind of confirmation. Called Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and finally, after calling the sales department and feigning interest in test driving a new car I was able to mention that I had been trying to contact the service department to no avail. That person transferred me to voice mail and lo and behold the 12th message must have been the charm because someone finally called me back. Nothing on the previous 11 over 3 days but did finally get a call back on the 12th message. Each of the previous 11 calls included 2 separate recordings telling me that the call may be recorded for quality assurance. It seemed to be very important to them that I know that this was the case. This is why I decided to write a review. I am hoping someone from the dealership might read it and will know that whoever it is that is doing their telephone quality assurance is doing a LOUSY job. There is not a quality assurance system anywhere in any industry where a deaf, dumb and blind auditor, even a dead one, would not find 11 calls asking for a return call going unreturned an acceptable number of issues. It would be a major finding and required a deep and thorough causal analysis and corrective action plan - unless of course if the goal were to ignore customers which is highly unlikely. Whoever is responsible for their QA really should be taken to task for their malfeasance. Their phone system made a big deal about letting me know about their QA program yet in my experience their QA program is, at best, non-existent if not intentionally flawed. Either way it begs the question - would one truly want to do business with a company that systemically ignores phone calls from customers? Oh, I forgot about the Medicare "lottery" their phone messaging system kept telling me I had won. While I enjoy winning as much as the next guy all I really wanted after the 4th or 5th message was confirmation that I had a service appointment.

Angel and the the whole staff were great to work with. I purchased a pre owned Palisade vehicle in June, traded in my Nissan and the whole experience was a breeze. Much of the work was done ahead of time via phone and when I came in he had me in and out in about an hour. I’d recommend making the drive even if you live out of town like me. Thank you Angel!

Angel Mendez was great to work with. He made the whole process effortless and very pleasant. He also gave a great tutorial on all the car had to offer by way of features. Doug was also very pleasant to work with and was very knowledgeable about his work product.

I love Monique she really made my car buying process smooth after my total loss and made sure I had the best interest rate and the best finance company I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a car i did not have a good experience with the other Hyundai dealership so I’m so happy I made the switched to Taylor Hyundai and got the best experience/ deal. The Taylor brand stands for integrity with honest, knowledgeable up-front people and they stand behind their product. Have just bought my 4th used vehicles from them & have them do my service. I feel confident when I buy that what I buy is exactly what they told me it was. Have not been disappointed.
