Paid $16 for the ultimate wash. It started out normal then just stopped. Had soap all over my car and had to back out of the car wash. I looked at the screen where I paid and it said equipment currantly out of service. but it had taken my money not even 5 minutes before. I couldn't even rinse the soap off my car because the self serve bay wouldn't take the $1 coins I got from the car wash, and there's no number to contact anyone for a refund. Never again!!!

I was totally blown away because I have never seen a car wash with so many tools to help you keep your car clean. One of the choices was a tire shine brush. Although I didn't use it, it was a unique tool to me. My car was a little too dirty to really take advantage of everything. Charlotte NC needs a few it maybe a little too much to maintain here because another thing was it had an attendee on the scene to keep the things up and positive. Gr8 place will come back if ever in town again.

Would give a five star but seems like every time I come here the vending machine gets stuck an never drops what I get . An I do mean every time. I'm already spending 3$ on a rag I'm definitely not going to spend 6$. Never given a bad review for anywhere but come on stop packing your machine rows so tight that they don't move. But other than that great car wash experience besides the vending machine

When it is working, no problems. It is generally the selfish, don't think about others who leave big piles of mud and dirt who shoo off my business. Did find a wand broken once after paying so make sure you check beforehand.

I used the self wash bay and a whole roll of quarters. Gone very quickly and my truck is only half washed. These places have gotten ridiculous. Better to just spend the money on a good pressure washer.

I'd give less stars if possible. Had to spend 20 dollars there because one machine quit in middle of my wash and left soap everywhere. And I'm lucky the 2nd one didn't tear my mirrors off. Junk equipment. Looks nice buy functions like garbage. Also bent my tag. Never again!!

Can't never go there anymore. These kids take up all the space for nothing just to sit there and talk. They need to find somewhere else like a park to go and hangout.

I rinsed the pollen off the car. I couldn't vacuum because the machines only accept cash/coins.

The automated car wash took my $15 and didn’t work. It freaked out on the car in front of me. there is no phone number to get my money back. Update: a comment shared an email to contact and it is being resolved.

Very disappointed. I paid for a car wash and drove through, but never received the service. I backed up and pulled forward....nothing ever happened. It just kept glitching.There's no phone number or email to contact anyone. There needs to be someone onsite or a way to reach someone asap. I'd like a refund.

Paid for an automatic car wash and the sensors malfunctioned. Very annoying as there is no one to call in situations like this. It eventually quit and my car isn’t washed.
