Abe and his team showed professionalism despite the difficulty that my insurance company gave them during the time I had to be moved out of my house due to a flood in winter 2022. When most moving companies cut corners, Abe went out of his way to make sure everything was made right and get me back into my house. I would use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

I work for a restoration company and we use Monro regularly. We have always had great luck with them, but today I was especially impressed with Robert and the 2 young men who were with him. It was 95 degrees outside and they worked very hard and were very professional. They went above and beyond to make the home owners happy. I appreciate all your help and look forward to working with y'all again.

If i could give zero stars i would. Probably the worst movers ever. Very unprofessional, rude, loud and not courteous to your old/new neighbors. Upon arrival some still eating their breakfast as they were walking through. They played very loud f-bomb music and had ask them to put volume down a few times. The head big guy was also very rude and will try to mention a 4 hour minimum when at your new house and ahead of schedule, i had to call back to the office and get that fixed. Do not be fooled by google pics.

Team Jonathan was the best movers we ever had. The team worked well together (all 7 of them), pleasan, efficient and showed up on time. Best part no damage to the furniture or walls. Highly recommend!

This company was assigned to us as part of a military PCS. When we arrived at our final destination, we found that a good portion of our breakable/glass items were not wrapped and were thrown in boxes with other items with no padding. Needless to say, a lot of stuff broke in transit. Items from various locations around the house were mis-labeled and packed with other items. The crew also did not understand the military inventory and paperwork requirements, and I had to walk them through it. After they left, we discovered that they missed several cabinets, and they had to send someone out the following day to finish up and to fix paperwork. Even with that, the trucking crew that actually loaded our items had re-pack several boxes. Bottom line, the crew was not professional.The only reason that they are getting 2 stars is because the crew was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, this is the worst experience we've had with moving.

We are presently about 80% through our pack and we are so pleased! The crew of guys are great! They are polite, clean, and curious. We have moved several times and this has not always been the case. Ill check back in for the arrival of our goods!

I was told that the truck would be at my house around 9 & it was in the driveway as my clock struck 9. The pick up was quick & efficient.

Dear FB Friends, Co workers, & Fellow Veterans, As you all know, keeping each other informed on goods and service we receive positive and negative, helps us all make informed decisions when purchasing needed services. Well here a review I'd like to share with you. On December 19, 2014 I hired a moving company to move into our new home. Monro Moving & Storage, located at 189 Wylds Road, here in Augusta. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AND PLEASE PASS THE WORD!!! The representative came into my home and ensured me that my moving experience would be memorable, and believe me it was. First of all the price was $140 per hour, which gave me a truck and 3 men. There was an additional charge of $140 for an hour of travel time. I moved 5.7 miles away which took less than 10 minutes, and even with this travel time the move was completed in 4 hours. Really?? $140 for 10 minutes of travel. The crew was very professional, and courteous, however my FURNITURE was damaged. I DID NOT TAKE THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE, BASED ON WHAT THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME ABOUT THE COMPANY. When we told the company about the damage, they played at pretending to resolve the problem for 2 weeks before stating they were not responsible. So in essence I paid a total of $700, only to have to replace/repair my furniture. I know this is the time of year people move, you guys stay away from this company, and please pass this info on.
