Had a pleasure of working with Nick from Mattress Firm. His customer service was exemplary. I also had the privilege of having some awesome delivery drivers today who delivered my mattress, The delivery driver Clayton was extremely courteous, friendly and professional, my delivery was on time and seamless!!

Went in and Reginald was helpful- understanding of our needs and not pushy. We had an idea of what we wanted but needed to confirm. We decided on a new mattress & were in and out in about 30 minutes. Quick & laid back experience!
