Nicholas is an amazing employee. He is very knowledgeable about all the different brands and what fit best for us. He multitasked expertly between customers to ensure we experienced phenomenal customer service. He proceeded my purchase with ease and simplicity. Went in to get a mattress for our guest room and the employee was very helpful and took her time explaining the difference in the two mattresses that I was looking at. I did not feel rushed or pressured into making my decision.

My Salesman took time to explain the differences between mattresses and which would better suit me based on my sleep position. Unfortunately, the one I chose was not in stock anywhere nearby. Since I could not wait for one to be shipped, he assisted me another. He was quite patient and friendly through it all which made this a very positive process.

I purchased two Sleepy signature memory foam pillows on July 3rd. The pillows were suppose to expand to fit a standard queen bed within 2-3 hours after removing them from the packaging. Unfortunately, they never expanded after waiting two full days.

The service wasn't bad but it would have been nice to have gotten my question asked about how much the delivery fee was. I never would have consent to $99 for delivery. In my opinion that is a bit steep when all you have to do is dropping mattress off.
Had I known, I would have opt out of the delivery. I would still like to opt out of the delivery before they deliver it, if possible. I can rent a U-haul truck for $35 a 1 day and get the mattress rather than paying an extra $100.
I can't answer for how well the mattress is because I haven't slept on it yet, but it's felt pretty good at the store.

Sales Associate Nick was very knowledgeable, patient, made his input based on our sleeping habits and needs but was not pushy at all. One mattress we wanted was not available and he provided an upgrade.
