I have been looking for a mattress for my dad for a while. Mostly because of finances. I stumbled upon Mattress by Appointment on Facebook marketplace and am I so glad I did! Not only they have great prices, you will learn a lot about mattresses and bases and everything from Mr. Greg. Mr Greg is very nice and friendly. Recommending them to my friends is not enough for their great services.

What an incredible experience! I’ve bought many frames and mattresses over my lifetime and it’s always been a hassle. Greg made this such an easy and pleasurable experience! You make an appointment to come in and speak with Greg about your preferences. Greg was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all! He doesn’t have a ton of mattresses set up for you to try. There-in lies the magic! It would only confuse you! He has a complete cross section of what will certainly meet your needs. Demo what is set up and you will most certainly find a winner. We bought (2) split king XL adjustable frames and mattresses. We were in and out in no time flat and everything was in stock. We love our new bed! Greg certainly exceeded our expectations and I’m sure he’ll exceed yours too! Thank you Greg!

Greg is a phenomenal salesman, first things first. He knows what he’s selling, knows how what he’s selling functions, knows the value of what he’s selling, and allows customers to really shop around and get a good idea of what they’re purchasing before they commit to spending money on a bed frame and mattress.He has a great selection of beds and mattresses, with a variety of price points to fit every budget. He explains the pros and cons of different options, which is great because you don’t feel pressured into buying something you don’t want and don’t need.I went into the store with one idea in mind, and came out with something different, but what I got instead is going to benefit my health, my sleep, and my body. We often forget to take into account how much time is spent in our beds, and how much poor sleep on a mattress negatively impacts our quality of life. All I can say is I’ve never in life been so excited to purchase a mattress, because the level of comfort so far exceeds anything I’ve ever had before.Greg is not just a good salesman either. He genuinely cares about people. He responded to my questions about available mattresses immediately, he was available to spend time showing me a variety of options, he delivered and set up my mattress and platform the same day, AND he even referred me to someone else to help me with something totally unrelated to purchasing anything. It’s not all the time you find people willing to go above and beyond the scope of their job, just to help another person. Greg is one of those people. I will definitely be purchasing from he and his wife when it comes to outfitting the rest of my home.One last bonus point - their store offers interest free financing that’s literally the easiest application process in the world.
