Today was a refreshing experience. I was able to search for furniture without pressure of purchase and had grateful conversation in the process. I was given several different options based on what I wanted. Brad was so patient with me. Thanks again for all of your help!

I love this place. Every time I go there I ask for Brad and he shows me exactly what I’m looking for and if they don’t have it he will normally order it for me. I have a lot of rental properties to take care of and I do it through Davis!

Bought a "pre-owned" washer, and had some challenges, so I went back in, and Brad was only too happy to help. With his guidance, we decided to upgrade to a new washer, and also found a bakers rack!! They adjusted the price, (the difference between the pre-owned washer and the new washer), and added in the cost of the bakers rack and that was all we had to do. It was such a pleasant experience and we appreciate Brad helping us out the way he did.We are not strangers to Davis Appliance, and have referred numerous people to this business and will continue to do so.

I was looking for a recliner for my husband. Brad Durham was very helpful, was willing to search for whatever I was looking for. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The others in the store were also friendly. I will be back and highly recommend the store.

The customer service is outstanding. It’s a down to earth family run company and it shows. They treated me like family and worked with me on payment options on my budget. They scheduled my delivery that was convenient for my crazy schedule. Thankful for their help!

Came in to try and find microwave range filters and they were out of stock so while I was there I decided to look around at the wide variety of furniture they had for a possible bedroom set and maybe a space-saving kitchen table. Brad saw that I looked a little lost and came to help showing me what they had to offer and answering all the questions I had. If he didn't know the answer, he didn't try to make one up or lie and instead found someone who could answer my question. He even went out of his way to hunt down a tape measure when I had concerns on the size of the table and chair set I was looking at. I didn't buy anything today as I need to talk things over with my fiancé and have him come back with me, but when I do come to buy, I will be asking for Brad because he was awesome and went above and beyond!

Didn't buy anything today, but came in to look at a new washer and dryer set and Brad was extremely helpful with giving me some ideas of what to look for when I come back! Will definitely ask for him next time I come in.

I went to Davis appliances the other day for a new washer and dryer set and got exactly what i needed in a flash. Brad helped me find what i wanted and its being delivered tomorrow. No hang ups on delivery. I remember seeing it at a competitor store for 400 dollars more. Will be my go to place for all my appliance needs from now on! Thanks Brad!

Monday I came in to look around. No actual intentions of making a purchase. Brad was knowledgable and eager to help without being overbearing at all. I purchased a new bedroom suite with less than $50 down, & no interest if I pay it off in 100 days. Also, they have these cool fans that put out mosquito repellent. Lifesavers!! Definitely gonna return soon to look at a lawnmower & possibly gifts for my boys for Christmas. Ask for Brad! He’s the tall guy with brown hair, a nice beard, & a great big smile. Very satisfied!!

Very unethical warranty programs- buyer beware!!We bought a washer, dryer, stove and fridge from them. Not 2 months after getting the fridge the ice maker had an issue. I tried to call Samsung to ask about it (it's a common issue with those) but the appliance store had taken OFF the stickers that have the serial number on it, so the 10 year warrenty Samsung offered on the front of the fridge....null & void.I called the store to have them come fix it because it was under warranty thru Davis. The lady informed me that we only had a "bring in warranty" on it....which is exactly what it sounds like. I would have to bring the fridge TO them to fix it! Unload it (what am I gonna do with all the food?) load it back up into the truck and take it to them to have them look at the ice maker?! What kind of c*** warranty is that?! Horribly dishonest warranty practice. Had we known that, we would have walked out! I even asked to pay the extra money to have them come out and fix it but they wouldn't even come out bc it was "under warranty".If you expect a store to stand behind their products DO NOT buy from Davis!

I went to Davis the other day and when i walked in i was floored by the amount of things they sell at that store! It took a second to be greeted because their were a lot of people shopping and all the sales people had customers. This lady came from behind the counter to show me around named Ms. Claudia until my sales lady Alison was available. Needless to say i left with a sofa and loveseat for $799! Delivery was only $65 too. She got me approved with SNAP . Im gonnna buy a lawnmower next. I will be back.

I would be very cautious about Davis Appliance. Went there from lowes to get a stove lowes didn't have in immediate stock. Saw the same stove at Davis that was at lowes and it was almost 200.00 more.Though when confronting the price difference with sales person they did match lowes price. But to only find out that the stove had a big dent in the side of it went I got home. Luckily, it would be hidden when installed. Moral of story is they probably will take advantage of you with the prices if you don't come in knowing what other stores are charging for the same thing.
