This location must do better! Extremely unprofessional!!!! The black lady that is working RIGHT NOW is extremely unethical in the workplace environment and must be disciplined. If I was a secret shopper, this location would fail tremendously. Employees talking on the phone, eating, and gossiping, doing all while customers are present. Test score: FAILED!

The kiosk ate my money. The manager was extremely rude after the employee said it must be because I can’t count. Then I was cussed at (by the manager) and forced to leave without my money. Horrible service. Wish I could give less than one star.

Todays date is Sat January 13th 2024 9 am. Alert the two cashier's in the store are imposters Please call MIB( Men In Black) They are definitely from the planet Unprofessional, in the retrain sector of the before working anywhere galaxy. Approach with care better yet pay at the pump. Rube just plain NASTY for No REASON!!!

My truck has not complained about the drinks it gets here. they offer three different drinks recomended for my truck but since my truck cant truely speak for itself, I usually just get it a low octaine latte.

Garbage- and they force you to use their self checkout. So- they don’t care to clean nor serve you- shop here at your own risk. I’d give a 0 if I could seeing as that’s how much they invest in their customer’s experience.

Extremely rude customer service!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to pay for gas with $100 bill, okay if you don’t have change there is a professional way to say that!!! Stephan and Asia clearly don’t care about the customer or giving good customer service!!! They had change as I saw the customers ahead of me pay in cash with $20 bills but Stephan made it his business to say he wasn’t breaking my $100!! Now I truly needed to get gas as my light was on. Do you think either of them cared . They basically said good luck and you can call the manager! I will be calling the manager and won’t give them another dime! Because clearly they don’t need customers! If I put $50 in gas and also purchased a snack you couldn’t give me change of 30-40$!!!! Really!!!!

The lady wasn’t at the register when I got there and when I asked if she could help me real quick she ignored me until I asked again and then she responded saying yeah before proceeding to go back to what she was doing. I am still dumbfounded.
