I have stopped by this nearly every day for the past 3 weeks and either it's out of coffee condiments or the soft drink machine is broke. I spoke to a manager and was told that several text & emails have been sent asking for help but has fallen on deaf ears!!! This is horrible and the Corporate Office needs to pay a visit to the store and see how diar the situation is!!!

I was in this store 15 minutes ago. They had the rudest 2 bitches working in there today. Short fat white girl with red hair (ghetto as hell) and this short fat black "lady" with a head full of braids. I am in this same store 7 times a week. I am never treated like this. The two were so engrossed in their conversation that they could not be bothered with me at first. Then "Red" tells me they don't have the item I'm looking for. I tell her I'll take the next on down. She looks at me like I've lost my mind. Then she charges me for coffee creamer. REALLY?!?!? I have been in the customer service industry for 25 years. I'm a barber! I don't treat people any other way than how I want to be treated. Wow

I went into this circle k today, Aaliyah was cashiering. She was very rude, not only to me but a few other customers ahead of me, not sure why she was so disrespectful. She just kept looking at her nails, not making eye contact, and acting as if she didn't want to be there. I always go to this circle k, but I've never been treated like I was today. I called the store and asked for the manager and she hung up in my face and didn't answer any other call from me that followed.

I have been coming to the store on a regular basis for over 5 years in the past years there is always been staff turn over, but that is true for this type of business and many transfer to a store closer to home. In the past year, AALIYAH has specifically been very pleasant and greets smiling always. The manager has always been professional and has the responsibility of filling vacancies. It is a busy store! People working manage their work and get to "enjoy" listening to customers in a hurry and having their own bad days, probably more often lately than ever before. Keep in mind, these staff do manage risks of robberies and airborn viral infections. I appreciate that greatly, just saying. Btw one of my friends told me that when people say JUST SAYING they are really choosing politeness vs calling you a "dumba#*". Kinda true, huh?
