The machine broke down while my car was inside of the car wash. The agent working, whose name is Mohammed came to help get my car out. During the process of getting my car out, it kept stopping so it cracked my hubcaps on the driver side once I went back and brought it to their attention. He gave me an attitude, as if it was my fault that the machine broke down refuse to give me any information about a manager or anyone that I could talk to as a relates to my car being damaged the hubcap was cracked and then the car start pulling to the left and the tire front tire is bouncing so I have to go get all that fixed.

These good reviews in here must be fake. The vacuum barely suck any air. The wash came out dirty everywhere, water soaked my truck. Not even a bit dry. ?. It’s totally a joke.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the job done here was subpar. I paid $27 for service and tipped my guy $10 for the extra hand wash. Before pulling out, I check the top and details of the wash and notice lots of areas still unclean. I point this out and one of the employees tells me to come the next day for extra service at no extra charge. Bet. I come in today and they wash it and go through the machine again. The top of my truck and other details still the same. He tells me to come back at 7p so he can hand wash it. This is my 3rd time coming back in 24 hours. They were ready to go home. I tell them to forget about it and I drive off. I’m down nearly $40 and my truck still isn’t “car wash” clean. If you’re the owner of this place reach out to me. This is unacceptable service.

Better when it was named a different car wash. The guys are a little harsh and nobody wants scratches or dents

Great deal on the monthly plan. The workers scrub your car prior though going through the car wash. The dryers don't work as well.

Still suck! Yall did all that renovating and still have over half the vacuums not working and drive thru still does not wash good. Your African workers try to hustle to vacuum the cars then get mad when they are turned down. Yall need to gone and close this mf. Yall lucky people like cheap ish otherwise yall wouldn’t get business! I left and didn’t use the business.

The tap wasn't working. This was my 1st visit. Never have a problem with tap at other locations. Huge inconvenience. Place looked clean and nice. Owner i 5hin was the asian guy at the gate but he wqs definitely NO HELP. i tried so may times. Ill continue going to my local one on Campbellton rd. O ly went here because my baby has therapy on old nat twice a week. I thought this would be my spot. I don't carry cash or cards.

This place is a damn joke. The African guys who are supposed to brush your car before entering purposely scratched my car up with the hard plastic part that holds the bristles. They got in they feelings because I had to direct myself on the automatic track. Will be consulting with my lawyer.
