Xfinity now won't let you communicate with an agent on phone. You waste unlimited time with automated text messages that get nowhere and never lead you to an agent. I can not emphasis how horrible this service is. Do not use them. I'm looking for other service. It's horrible.

I worked with Royale to get my phone service switched from AT&T to xfinity bc I had just switched over my internet for my new apartment and was told if I bundle phone and internet my phone bill would be way less per month. Royale is an excellent customer service representative and she deserves recognition and a raise bc she fought with AT&T for me on the phone for what felt like about 3-4 hours today as they wouldn't give me what I needed in order to cancel service with them and start a new service with xfinity. We finally got it squared away and she even called me after her shift ended to make sure I was good bc she knew I was stressing earlier. She really went above and beyond to help me today, while helping other customers in between as well. Thank you so much for giving this level of care every day for your customers, it really means a lot ?

If the subtract stars button existed I would press it... the store is very nice and technological, don't get me wrong.. , but they don't have enough staff.
To my surprise it was full store with customers , I had to wait more than half an hour to return my equipment, really?????
A slow big guy told me he can help me ok.. I wanted to ask him some questions and see my plan, maybe add accessories and a new line to get a better photo, but the attention I got from a the big boy was not the best, so I only asked him couple questions that I had to get out faster . Apparently he wasn't listening to me because he was talking to someone else on the phone with the AirPods on. I insisted like hello I am here.. and asked again to my surprise I received an answer that didn't make sense, was he high?
But wait there is more, I asked him why my plan was so slow when I was paying a very expensive plan with the newest equipment. He gave me a new modem, I asked him if my new address was on the system, he say yes sure no problem.
And guess what?
When I get to my house the Internet wasn’t activated. My old address is still on system and this was never new address on it. You didn’t even care to check it out.

ON MY MOVE IN DAY 5/31 (to transfer my service) I COME TO THE STORE (945 Battery Ave SE
Atlanta, GA 30339) TO RETURN MY EQUIPMENT LIKE I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO (by a in store agent at this location & the phone rep) AND THE 2 INDIVIDUALS AT THE REGISTER TELL ME I DONT NEED TO CHANGE ANYTHING ITS THE SAME EQUIPMENT. I THEN ASK THEM ARE THEY SURE (multiple times) AMD THEY BOTH CONTINUE TO REASSURE ME THAT I DO NOT. AND LORD BEHOLD? YOU GUESSED IT! NOW IM S.O.L IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WITH NO WIFI BECAUSE ITS THE WRONG FREAKIN EQUIPMENT. ITS THE BLIND LEADING THE BLIND IN THAT STORE. I WORK FROM HOME!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED THIS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY AND AT NO EXTRA COST AND I NEED MY ACCOUNT CREDITED!!!!!!!!!! I NEVER HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION THEY ALWAYS MESS SOMETHING UP. RETRAIN EVERYONE! (im not in the business of making people lose their jobs but once yall start effecting my employment something’s gotta change!!!)

This company has a location at the Battery, not to mention their headquarters of the south east yet you cannot watch a Braves game from their headquarters or from their store, Matter of fact, you live in the Battery, you are forced to have Xfinity cable. You can’t even watch the Braves game from your own house lol Xfinity is a joke

THEY HAVE THE WORST AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM ON THE PLANET. You can never connect to agent. Their automated system will never send you through no matter what you say to it. Better to go with a different internet service provider to avoid the headache this company will cause you. NO SUPPORT! The worst!!!
