Great doctors and excellent staff. Welcoming and kind environment for me and my dog. They always take the time to explain fees and options for services. They also gave me a call the next day to check if my pet had any negative reactions to her vaccines. I really appreciate their attention to detail!

I AM SCREAMING‼️ WE ENJOYED OUR FIRST VISIT AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CENTER TO ANYONE WHO LOVES THEIR FUR BABIES. I'M A FIRST TIME PET OWNER AND JULIAN, DR. This place has the highest customer service standard I've experienced thus far. I was extremely impressed with the way they approached the entire visit with my baby. My baby suffers with Arthritis, she was in so much pain. Could not walk at all when we went to the clinic. The level of care she received starting from the front desk staff, to the technician, and let us not forget the Doctor off course was exceptional.
Everyone was so helpful, they showed genuine concern for my baby, and her wellbeing. They answered all my questions, and provided follow ups care instructions. I highly recommend the West End Wellness Center.

We had our first appointment today. Wow! From the ease of booking, to the transfer of veterinary records, to the reception staff, to the vet tech, to the doctor's care...everything was beyond my expectations. Everyone was professional, warm, and knowledgeable. Our dog was nervous coming in, but by the time we left, she felt comfortable in the space and with the people. I'm so glad this will be our new vet.

Wow, love to do business with my people. This place is well cared for, the front facing people are courteous, compassionate and friendly. Dr. Ricks has great "cat-side" manner. The Assistant was also knowledgeable and compassionate. I've found my Vet!

I am so pleased with the services me and my Fury Fried Suga received. Very caring and professional. I was fearful initially but they put and fears I had to rest. I love this place and me and my Suga will be back. Staff was great and veterinarian and Assistant was absolutely the BEST. Thank you all

We love it here! We have 2 cats who can be skiddish, but feel safe here. The office is calm & the staff does everything they can to work with our cats on thier terms as not to stress them out.
Jacinta, the vet tech is the absolute best! She is so sweet & compassionate with my kitten that I have no reservation leaving my baby in her hands. She truly cares & it shows. She makes our visits as enjoyable as they can be for our babies. Words can't express my gratitude!
Dr. Oflazoglu is extremely knowledgeable & very articulate with the details to ensure the best care. He is also realistic about cat care which can be hard to find. We are so lucky to have such a great team working with us to take the best care of our pets!

African American owned vet and has a great staff. I was looking for a new home for my dog and wanted a place that looked like me and also genuinely cared and loved animals. I picked the right place and the staff is incredible. Happy dog happy dog mom!
