Professional and fast service for replacing a broken screen. Even though the first screen they installed was defective from the manufacturer, they replaced it the day after I returned without any problem, and the new screen works perfectly.

I was unable to get a battery for my Fitbit but the manager resolved the issue to my satisfaction in a professional way. I have done business with this location before and have always had a good outcome. I would highly recommend them!!

I went to this store to fix my bf phone screen on Dec 26th. The guy who worked on it only made it worse. He changed the home button without informing us thereby stopping the touchID from working and the home button doesn’t click well. Less than two weeks, the phone opened up where the screens were screwed and it stopped working. We paid $106 for a terrible job and had to take it elsewhere for half the price and absolutely better service. I would recommend more training on the techs before letting them touch people’s phones. Mind you we spent half the day there trying to fix a phone screen that only took 35 minutes when it was fixed the second time.

We needed a rare battery and were happy to walk in and find it immediately. We also found out they do car and golf cart batteries and car fobs too. We’ll be back!

I brought my phone here, thinking I needed a new battery port. They** were real honest; he just did a detailed clean, and fixed the problem; didnt even charge me. It looked like their prices for repairs were also real reasonable (lower than the other companies i’ve used). I recommend them.** Specifically, ask for James, as he was who helped me out and did a great job.

I just shopped at Batteries Plus at 4418 Roswell Road, Atlanta, GA 30342. A guy named James helped me. It was a great experience. He was so helpful. So respectful and kind. He got everything that I needed and he paid special attention to the needs that I had. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I definitely give James at batteries Plus and the other employees as well the high five!

Went to Battery Plus on Cobb Parkway in Marietta Ga to get help with my Cannon Eos rebel G camera Micheal Tipton helped me and gave me the best experience. I'm happy with my purchase and he provided me with the best customer service. I will return to Battery Plus in the future.

I visited the store in Atlanta across from the big chicken Miss Hendricks unemployed there was kind enough to really search for my product I was trying to find something so I could use this weekend and she was able to find my product although it wasn't available for at least a week but I just wanted to brag on the extra mile that just Hendrix went her name is Carissa I believe it is that's k a y r c c i a Hendrix with a smile and conviction to find the product I was looking for she was very helpful and professional thank you Batteries Plus

I'm so clumsy and don't have a lot of luck with my electronics. They always fixed it on quickly and are very nice. Good customer service + quality repair for the price.
