Super unprofessional. I dropped off my laptop and was told an estimated time and then 4 days after the said time I had to initiate contact for them to even let me know what’s going on.I was informed that they’re ordering parts (which no one even told me what the diagnostic was). Then after waiting again for the parts to come in, they said a whole entirely different issue is occurring… after having ignore my message.Several days pass and I once again initiate a call for them to tell me they can’t fix my laptop. This was 3 weeks of me being inconvenienced and disregarded.

The business is all about business, which I can appreciate. They lack an inviting atmosphere in place and personality, and it is a technical repair shop. So par for the course.The shop did exactly what they needed to my computer as far as the hard drive. There was an issue/mistake they made, and they fixed it, made it right with no hassle.Even with the absence of hospitality, I would use them again, and you should patronize the establishment and give them a chance.
