John Prather with the Seeby Group was a complete pleasure to work with. John helped us sell our home and buy our new home and made the process so streamlined and simple. Before beginning this home buying experience (i.e. before talking to John the first time), I had many questions and concerns around the process, but John was able to answer them all and gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the whole process. It's been a whole lot less stressful than I thought it would be. John has a lot of experience and it shows through how knowledgeable he is. I appreciated the several referrals that he was able to make-homeowners insurance, painter, handyman, mortgage lender. John had recommendations for each of these, and every one was a quality referral. John is awesome at communication--he's super responsive and quick to communicate necessary things. He has a great personality as well--you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients, and he stays cool, calm, and collected, which had a calming effect on us as well! All in all, I've been thankful to be able to work with John and his team, and would highly recommend!

Richard Mesa was our realtor I can not praise him enough! We closed on our house in a month, and he made this process so easy. I’m so incredibly thankful for him! I recommend anyone looking or selling a house to use him. You will not be disappointed. He works extremely hard, and he always put our needs and wants first! We are a repeat customer of The Seeby Group due to the excellent service we have received. This time, we were selling my mom's condo after moving her to assisted living. Justin Seeby and Kelsey Templin made the process easy. They looked over the property to help us decide if we need to do any repairs before putting on the market, helped choose an asking price that we were comfortable with, and then met with possible purchasers and agents to get us the best outcome. With our focus being on my mom, it really helped that they took over much of the process. We sold to someone who looked at the property on the first day and over asking (and even over appraisal) price. Could not be happier!

Words cannot describe how thankful I am to the Seeby Group...especially Ryan Sconyers. As a first time real estate investor, it was important for me to have an experienced real estate professional who is very knowledgeable, dedicated and dependable while answering any of my questions and getting the job done efficiently. Ryan went far above and beyond my expectations, while showing that he truly cared about my success towards getting the sale completed on my home. He was always available and constantly kept me updated on the progress, while also helping me to understand the real estate industry and what it takes to succeed. Not to mention, we sold my home during one of the most difficult times in our nations history...the Coronavirus Pandemic and it was refreshing to have Ryan and The Seeby Group on my side, to help ease some of the stress that came with it, while giving me confidence in everything being okay with the sale of my home.
In closing, I must say that I highly recommend Ryan Sconyers and the entire Seeby group staff. I was referred to Aoife through a close friend. She was in incredibly flexible and patient with me since I was a first time home buyer. Russell Allen and the Seeby team did an EXCELLENT job with the sale of my house. from the day I first spoke with Russell, he answered every question I wanted to ask before I could ask it in his initial phone consult. Then he was quick to respond to any question I had afterwards. I first spoke to Russell on4/20/2021 and my house was under contract at over the asking price by May 3rd. The sale closed by 5/21/2021. Russell, Chris the Photographer, Kelsey the listing manager and I am sure many other folks I didn't meet on the team made this the best experienceI could have asked for.
