Yesterday my family and I arrived for our appointment and found Ken as the sole person managing the office. Despite being occupied on the phone, he greeted us, and after a moment, my husband informed him about our appointment. Despite his initial busyness, Ken was incredibly kind and efficiently handled everything in the office for us. As we explored the available units, he remained cool, informative, and highly professional, contributing to a positive first impression of the complex. Overall, the welcoming atmosphere and Ken's helpful demeanor make us consider this as a potential place to live. Thumbs up for the great experience, and the entire complex appears well-maintained and inviting.

I came in today and had an appointment and there was only one guy (Ken) running the office and he was on the phone and you could tell very busy. He acknowledged me and said hello and once he got a second, I told him I had an appointment. He was a little thrown off because of being busy but man he was so nice and took care of everything in the office for me. We then looked at units and he was super cool and informative and so professional and beyond nice. It was a cool way to look at how the place was run and that this will probably be where I am living. Thumbs up for the first impression and the whole complex looked very nice and accommodating. It's nice to have welcoming people in your office that make you feel at home. Thanks, and very cool.

I feel so grateful to have found Element at Kirkwood. If you are here -thinking about if it should be your next home- I can say absolutely do it!The entire process from the tour to the application, to the price, was super easy and efficient. We had our keys within just a few days and there was even a little doggy welcome package waiting for us. We are a community here, and it is in such a perfect location.Thank you to Ken and his team at Element, we look forward to sticking around for a long while.

My wife and I had the pleasure of touring this upscale location. We plan on relocating here from Ohio in early December. The gentleman Ken provided us with all of the information about the housing, community, and even school district. This was one of the best experiences we've encountered when looking for housing.Thanks again Ken

This is A wonderful place to stay the property is really nice and they are pet friendly if you are a pet lover the management is wonderful. I will recommend this property if you are moving great location.

TBaby is a LEGEND! She has helped me through every step of my move and given me excellent customer service before I have ever even stepped foot in ATL. She has single-handedly made this move for me so much less stressful. Can’t wait to meet her and Ken, and officially be a resident at Element at Kirkwood :)

Had the pleasure of being shown this property by Ken who was absolutely amazing he greeted me with a smile and made me feel excited to see what they have to offer. The property was very clean and looked like management works extremely hard to keep the place looking nice for their tenets. I’m still deciding on apartments but I had to come on here and rant about the amazing customer service experience I received coming here. Again shoutout to Ken I can tell he dedicated and loves what he does.

Visited these apartments a couple of days ago with my son and we really enjoyed of tour of the facility. They have a really nice pool area and even a dog washing station for my pup. Ken was a god send he gave us all the info that we needed for the 2b 1ba they were nice and updated. This property is really close to family so we will definitely be submitting paperwork to secure this place

Very pleased with this property. Been here since December and have been loving it. Ken moved us in and has been the best in getting our work orders complete when needed. Thong the maintenance guy has been so good to us as well. Thanks Element

My roommate and i toured this apartment and i was really impressed by the level of professionalism Ken showed us. I wanted to write this because people don't always talk about good things they experience and That's something i vowed to do in 2023. Really wanted to enjoy my stay for the duration of our lease. The leasing agents are extremely nice and proactive on trying to address your concerns. Unfortunately my unit is just disappointing. When we moved in November, the first few nights to a week were okay. That was short lived as we found our apartment had multiple rats living in it. Leasing has been able to fix that issue but we’ve had others since then.Currently our unit is bombarded with roaches/bugs and though pest comes to spray the corners- It’s not enough. They have been in the spice cabinets, in our dishes, linen closet, and even crawling in the lining and bottom of the fridge. It has gotten to the point where I jump in fear of anything that resembles a bug (i have a huge fear and allergy) an do not feel comfortable being here even though it’s been 7 months-ultimately we are disappointed with our stay. At one point during a storm our wall began to leak water and we ended up using a broom to sweep the water out-a technique my then neighbor taught us.While the neighborhood is quite and everyone is friendly the overall maintenance is displeasing so we will not be renewing our lease and I won’t make any referrals.

I don't live here but frequently do business here. It's nicely renovated and updated gated property. Pool area is nice (salt water pool). Buildings are nice and great parking with easy access

I've been a resident for a year and a half. Initially maintenance request were handled proficiently. Lately office staff neglect to reply to request nor do they reach out to ensure that services have been met. The constant service failures and reduced upkeep is inconsistent with the rising prices. Kenneth is very negligent with his assistance and stated verbally that he replies with completed work orders as a form of communication, instead of providing servant leadership attributes. I've sent emails and pictures regarding my request and it wasn't resolve until I appeared in person and pleaded to have maintenance return to my home. I hope the company reiterates any training they have in service excellence for those customer facing associates.

I just wanted to share the excellent customer service experience I had as i visited this property. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism of the new manager Ken. I found him be very knowledgeable and helpful. It was just a vey pleasant experience. Thank for still promoting great customer service.
