Drove 2.5 hours to find a jewelry store that wasn't a big chain store. This is not the place if you need charms, as the selection of charms were not great and they were overpriced. Tiny metal charms the size of a fingernail were $1.50 each. Came home with barely a handful of charms and chain for nearly $60. The checkout process was strange and unclear, even she couldn't keep track and I ended up walking away feeling like she could've just overcharged me and I wouldn't be able to tell by the unorganized way she handled things. Plenty of bead options, though. Staff not very friendly, but that's expected in Atlanta.

So glad I was referred to this shop! I've been holding onto my baby bracelet forever, not sure of how I could get it turned into a wearable piece of jewelry. I went in on a Friday afternoon, partly expecting not to find what I was looking for. Bonnie was super nice and made great suggestions about how to best make a bracelet. I thought I'd have to come back to pick up my item because she was busy with another order, but she fit me in and made my bracelet while I waited. I browsed the store and kept picking up cute items that were very reasonably priced and great quality. In less than an hour, my bracelet was done and I cried when I put it on for the first time...it was exactly what I wanted!! I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back and refer my friends.

I haven't even been but I called in to ask a few questions and some may have sounded "foolish " but I don't know much about these things. Called in Ana the lady was rude and sarcastic while answering the questions so I'd rather not even go in person now.give Better energy

I recently had my Mala bracelet break and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here. The service was friendly and professional. They were also able to match up beads exactly the same as the one's I had lost when the bracelet broke.This bracelet had broken in the past and I took it to a jewerly repair place in Lenox Mall and they charged me over 4 times what Colorstones charged, and that was without replacing any beads.I highly recommend The Colorstones at Atlanta Bead Store!

Poor customer service. Only one person seems to operate the register which means I had to wait while she assisted another two customers who weren't really prepared to check out. The other person working was not friendly. So I was forced to wait. Don't think I'll be back.

I've been in this store twice and I have sent people here. Those I have sent and both my experiences were great. Beautiful selection of beads, great prices and very friendly staff. I don't understand the negative reviews. I've been to bead stores all over the United States and this place is worth the visit.

I was hoping the reviews were wrong, but after a visit to this store I have to confirm that everything that has been previously said is true. When you come out of an establishment and feel like you've spent your money at the wrong place that means you felt devalued as a customer. My 13 year old African American child purchased beads during a visit with other family members and witnessed the woman that people have eluded to being rude to family members and a another staff member (who is African American) at this store. She regretted her purchase,not because of the prices or bead quality, but because of "that woman". How sad is that? Take heed when shopping here. Dear manager: Rethink who you have providing "customer service" because it's affecting your bottom line as this and past reviews show.

For the most part good quality beads but every time I go in the store some of the items have turnished especially the items on the shelves below the hanging beads in the drawers Customer service is not so good this one particular person speaks to certain customers, attitude is not so friendly I've been in a few times where the lady never says thank you I travels about a hour to get to the store because theres not a beads store near me maybe I will try the one in Roswell?

Cashier/employee that has worked there for years seems to have a bubbly personality (brunette with glasses) but after receiving money she switches to a rude person every time, very odd.

This is one of the worst stores I've visited in a longggg time as far as customer service goes. There were 3 employees that looked up and failed to greet me at all, i was clearly looking around the store for a particular stone and no greeted or attempted to assist me. This is the exact reason businesses like this fail. Do better.
