Jack is very knowledgeable and precise with his work. You can tell he has a passion for what he does. He answered all of my questions and made sure to explain the process beforehand so I wouldn’t feel nervous. All the people I interacted with here are easygoing. Would definitely recommend getting pierced here.

I've been several times now for piercings. They are always running their $10 piercing special which is nice. For my most recent piercing I was serviced by Jack. He was pretty cool and made feel comfortable the entire. He had great energy, professional and quality of work. I am sure I'll be back again

Their piercers are super sweet! Front door staff won't let anyone else in unless they're actively getting a service, but they're nice about it. It's just a really small lobby & venue overall. They're supposed to open up a new location soon! By far the best place in Atlanta for $10 piercings. All the needles + jewelry were in sterile single use containers

I will never go back to get any service here again! First let me start with the receptionist he is very rude and has horrible customer service skills with an attitude. I went to the piedmont location and got my tragus piercing and literally in 3 weeks it grew a irritation bump around my piercing, I called to asks for help and the same rude receptionist was over talking me and would barely let me speak, he suggested I make a paste out of sea salt and water and put on my irritation bump. After I tired this a couple time it still didn’t go away so I went to another piercing place that was way clean and had professional customer service and they told me that my piercing was pierced at a bad angle and that’s why the little bump wouldn’t go away. Long story short the piercer told me to take it out and let it heal and thank God my bump went away after this. I wouldn’t suggest going here for piercings!!!

Jack was literally the best! He repierced my belly button from a previous piercer and corrected it with ease! 10/10 ask for him!!

I came in from out of state to get a piercing done and really loved the ease of service here. I forgot the name of the gentleman who did the piercing but he did a “breathe in, breathe out” technique and was very quick! What I’m most pleased with is that this is the least painful of any piercing I’ve had, and has been healing so comfortably! I have to credit this guy for doing such a great job and being so personable and fun! I truly can’t get over how easy the process was here, and the guys working there all had a great vibe. I loved my experience here so much that I intend on coming back next time I’m in the area for my next piercing!
Cleanliness: The area was sterile and my piercer was thorough in disinfecting the tools before use. I felt very comfortable here!

If it wasn’t for the pricing I would not have continued to have my service. The receptionist was so rude and acted as if he was annoyed we were spending our money there and the owner couldn’t care less. I wouldn’t recommend going here off customer service alone! Heather the piercer was sweet but that receptionist needs to go. Will not be returning
