I rarely end up writing reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with this outstanding company and more specifically with my realtor, Virginia Reese. I put off listing my house for so long… I was dreading the process. Once Virginia came into the picture things became so much more efficient. Virginia really surprised me with how much she was willing to help in ways I didn’t expect! She shared so many great vendors with me, helped me schedule them, even met with some of them when I wasn’t able to. I have had lots of experience with realtors in the past- and while they have been mostly sufficient, Virginia impressed me with her dedication to helping me in any and every way she saw fit. There is SO much she did- I would never be able to fit it all in a simple review… but some of the more significant things include:
The time she literally went with me to Home Depot to help make sure I got everything I needed, how she always got right back to me any time I would call or text, how much fun she made every part of the seemly stressful process, how she made me feel like I was her only responsibility- (which… quite the opposite was true I would later find out!), how she got things done SO fast, yet with such attention to detail, and how she was never afraid to do literally WHATEVER it took to get things done. She truly just wants to do a good job, and she did just that and so much more! She got me such a good price for my house, and in record time! Thank you SO much Virginia!

Working with Virginia Reese to rent our home was great! She was very helpful in getting it ready to rent between helping with subs, cleaners, and taking amazing pictures. The actual process to sign a lease was very easy as well. Highly recommend!

I loved working with Virginia and Roseanne. They helped guide us through every step of the process on both sides of our transaction: buying and selling. We were unsure if we should list our house or find a new house first and they helped us determine the right order of operations for us. Virginia spent many hours over the course of multiple weekends showing us houses as we made up our mind on where we wanted to be. She and Roseanne helped us craft not one, but TWO winning offers and helped us terminate the first one when we got cold feet. During the whole process they were incredibly accessible, set up showings for us with no advance notice, and I always felt like I had their undivided attention. They were calm and kind every step of the way, especially notable when communicating with the buyers and sellers on the other side of the table. The icing on the cake was the fact that they sold our home off market, meaning we only had to endure ONE showing! I would highly recommend working with Roots Real Estate!

This year I was blessed to have the knowledge and support of realtor Courtney Humphries from Roots Real Estate Atlanta. From the moment we were introduced, she was a pleasure to be around and really made an effort to get to know me and what I needed. I had the fortunate but super stressful circumstances of both selling my first home and buying a new one near my new job. Courtney walked me through each process, step by step, day by day. She was patient with my crazy and constantly helped to calm me down and seek the light at the end of the tunnel. She was knowledgeable throughout and when something wasn't very familiar, she was honest and sought expertise in others to provide additional clarity. She definitely went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. I really appreciated how she'd handle things that were completely foreign to me and things that I didn't have time to address myself.
