Very happy with my moving experience. The movers were on time and moved quickly and efficiently. We were leaving an older house with narrow doors and hallways and they were able to maneuver large furniture around without getting a single mark on the walls. Will definitely be using them for future moves. Highly recommend Rockline!

We were in desperate need of a moving company at the last minute and Rockline Moving helped! Expecting to get ripped off since it was such short notice –but these guys fit us in and saved us lots of cash! We just bought a house so it seems like money is going out the door every day.

Moving is extremely stressful so I'm glad I did my research and chose Rockline to move us into our new GA apartment. The owner, Mr. Brett, was extremely helpful in getting everything up and arranged. The movers arrived on time, and were courteous, fast and professional. Mr. Brett even dropped by during the move to make sure everything was going ok. The excellent customer service didn't end on moving day, because Mr. Brett gave us a follow up call a few days later just to make sure everything went ok and we were satisfied, which we were. I 100% recommend Rocline and will definitely use them again when we buy our house. They were A+++.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I can't even begin to describe the horrible experience I had. First off, they showed up and half of the movers were shaking profusely from alcohol withdrawals. (This doesn't bother me, but they were so slow and did not listen whatsoever.) They left a huge mess in my house and broke a door and didn't even tell me. When I found out a few days later I emailed them with the following pictures and they ignored my email completely so I just paid and took care of it myself. THEN, a few days later I log into my bank account to see that they overcharged me. Thinking this was a mistake, I called up and told them while also referencing the email I had sent. They apologized, said they would look into it, and call me back. It's been a week, I've left voicemails, emails, and they seem to have ignored my cell phone number. They lied about the time (they told us we would only be charged until 4 PM) yet they charged us with the end time at 6:30 PM which was falsified. Luckily I will be showing up to their place of business, and if they are reading this- I'm going to be filing a complaint with the FMCSA. This is illegal and needs to be remedied immediately.

Wow, these guys just finished our move and they were great! They actually showed up before they were supposed to and they hopped to it. This was the easiest move I have ever experienced. If you need help call Rockline!

I used several different moving companies in the past and got bad or ok service. These guys at Rockline Moving did an outstanding job! They were scheduled to arrive at my location at 10 and they arrived at 9:30 and completed the job early. They are very professional and on time . They have a customer for life and I highly recommend their services .

These guys have moved me twice now. They show up when they say they will and immediately start attacking the job. They treat your items like it's their own and they smile while doing so. I had NO damage at all to walls or my furniture. Rockline has a customer for life. Thanks guys!

Terrific apartment moving service!! Kenneth and Antonio saved us from being charged an extra fee from our storage and apartment complex. Even with careful planning, some things fall through the cracks. Due to a mix up at our new place, we had to move out a day early. We were scrambling to find someone and a Facebook friend to us to search for Atlanta movers on Yelp. #1 Rockline was able to complete a full move for us on a busy Saturday. #2 They actually saved us money!! Their moving guys were professional and we could immediately tell they have been doing this for a LONG time. I've posted you guys on my timeline. Thank you Rockline Moving!

We've moved quite a few times in the past 5 years, but Rockline without a doubt was the best mover's we've hired. To start, their pricing was incredibly affordable! And before the move, we've had quite a few questions, so we would email or call them and they would always be there to help us with any issue we had.

I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service. I was overcharged and the movers were unprofessional, slow and rude. My furniture was damaged and some items I never received. I complained to the owners and no one ever followed up. This company doesn't care at all about their customers.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST! They damaged by headboard because they packed it terrible and didn't even cushion it at all, which I specifically pointed out before we left and they assured me wouldn't be an issue. Sure enough, when they moved it in I noticed a large chip in the wood that definitely hadn't been there before, in a very visible area.
They admitted it was their fault and had me write a claim on a special sheet and someone would be in touch with me about it. When no one called, I reached back out to Brett who was the one who originally scheduled the move. He said it's no problem, they would reach out to schedule a time to come fix it. I thought, wow, great service, I will definitely recommend.
I waited and no one followed up. Almost a week later, I followed up again and at this point they began completely avoiding me. I was super polite, didn't make a big deal about the chip, but obviously I expected it to be fixed. No calls back, no answer. I emailed multiple times, sent a message through the website, called their office line literally dozens of times at different times of the day, and left multiple voice messages. I began expressing disappointment and asking them please to call me back to take care of this issue they assure me would be taken care of. No calls or emails back, after weeks of effort to reach out.
I really really can't respect a company that says they're gonna do something and then doesn't do it. I wouldn't have even bothered writing this review if they had just told me from the beginning that they don't fix damaged furniture when it's their fault (although I wouldn't have hired them from the beginning if that were the case).
I am highly disappointed by the actions of this company and will urge everyone I know, including you reading this review, to please avoid this company. They will damage your furniture and disappear when it's time to take responsibility.

Just moved from Alpharetta to Atlanta and I had an excellent experience with Rockline Moving. They were extremely professional, affordable, and moved all my furniture - including a giant leather couch, a king sized bed, and web design workstation (which included several computer monitors) - very quickly. And most importantly, nothing was damaged. Scheduling the actual move was also extremely easy. I gave them a call on Monday and was able to schedule a move for the next day. All I had to do was answer a few questions about the amount of furniture I needed moved and they told me how many movers and hours it would take. The team of 3 movers showed up a few minutes early and were very courteous, professional, and had no problems moving any of the furniture even while maneuvering corners. All of the furniture was loaded in the truck in either moving blankets or plastic wrap and all everything was carefully unloaded once they arrived to my new place. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to hire Rockline again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who's currently looking for a moving company in Georgia.

I would give these 10 stars if I could. Hands down the best movers I have ever used (and Ive used quite a few in the past 5 years). They take away all the angst and confusion and worry that accompanies moving your stuff. Patient and organized...timely and efficient.
