I owe the full recovery of my injury to the wonderful staff at PT Solutions. Everyone was incredibly encouraging, easy to talk to, and genuinely knowledgeable about the condition I had. I spent only about 5 weeks here, but went from being in constant pain to a full recovery! Would highly recommend :)

The people that worked there are fine, but the billing situation is terrible. They were over-charging and over-billing by a large amount, claiming multiple sessions were happening at one time. When I switched to a different physical therapist, my copay magically went down by 75% for the exact same treatment. After leaving I got harassed for a fictional $480 charge for months that did not exist. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

The therapists here are incredibly patient and accommodating. Jasmine is kind and engaging and always in great spirits. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone seeking physical therapy.

Mark is an extremely patient and knowledgeable therapist. I’m 72 years old and have early dementia. I can’t remember a lot and he has to repeat directions to me several times plus he has to demonstrate it to me several times as well. He told me my shuffling of my feet and my gait could be related to my dementia. I felt that was very insightful on his part to make that connection.He is so KIND and supportive of me.I’ve been seeing him for 6 months.I’m making great progress under his supervision and guidance.

The office is great. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to find and parking is easy. Other PT locations are closer to me and I choose to go to this one.

Pt solutions is a great place to do your physical therapy. Kate along with her staff does a great job and they are very knowledgeable so you can get on with your everyday life pain free.

Good PT practice with patient doctors that explain everything to you as you go, really helped alleviate my TMJ.Huge shout out to Mia for clearing up insurance issues with my billing post treatment - she’s smart and a hard worker, she really followed through with getting everything resolved!
