The Needle Nook is one of a kind. If you are in need of anything relating to knitting, you will not be disappointed! The range of yarn and supplies is phenomenal and the knowledge of the ladies there can’t be found in other places. I’ve known the owner for 34 years, in my capacity as a sales rep for 2 companies, and most importantly as my dear friend. So, if you have a need for any thing relating to knitting, please spend some time with the ladies at Needle Nook.

Best yarn store ever. The staff is so helpful and eager to help when I run into a knitting snag. Which I often do. They have a great selection of yarn for all your knitting and crocheting needs.

Needle Nook has been around for a long time for a reason; this shop is packed with an enormous variety of great quality yarn, and the wealth of knitting and crochet knowledge of the very helpful staff. I hope it will be around for years to come.

Needlenook has been my yarn shop for the last 35 years. Selection of yarn and patterns are the best.My mom taught me how to knit. Needlenook had the best yarns and patterns anywhere.When my mom wasn’t available, Needlenook always willing to help fix my mistakes. Thankful for a knitting shop to get inspiration!

I was about to buy 6 skeins, about $170 worth of yarn but was asked to leave because I didn't have a mask nor did I have one with me. Ok then! I set it all back and will go elsewhere. 10/26/2023

Great place for yarn. Terri was fabulous. She's also a great teacher for crochet and knitting. But you have to wear a mask. Go. You won't be disappointed.

This review is for the Needle Nook website and shipping. I needed a specific yarn to continue a sweater and their site was the only place I could find it. Shipping was incredibly fast from GA to CA. Very happy it all worked out!!

I left the needle nook in tears. My grandmother is in town and said she would teach me how to knit so I went to the needle nook to her needles and yarn. When I walk and tell the lady working I had never knit before she made a rude comment about me being clueless and had that I probably had no idea what I was even looking for. I told her what my grandma suggested I get and she proceeded to start asking me a bunch of technical question that I didn't know the answer to then got annoyed. Another customer made a suggestion and she literally SWATTED THEM AWAY. During all of this another customer came in without a mask on and the worker told them they needed to put one on. When the customer asked the worker if she had one she could barrow she loudly said that people should be able to read the signs on the door and that people are so inconsiderate and that "when I'm working if you don't wear a mask I'll kill ya." The worker ended up finding a mask and the customer put it on without complaint but as a bystander to the whole situation it was an extremely rude reaction. Her attitude and customer service skills were so terrible it was like something off an SNL skit. As someone who came in exited to learn a new skill a left feeling very shaken and like I had been treated like a complete idiot.

Not sure what the other reviews meant by unfriendly but my last visit was a relaxed experience. Excellent selection of yarn and helpful staff.

This used to be my favorite yarn shop. They have beautiful yarn, most of the prices are not shown. The customer service is at best inconsistent. The last 3 times I've been in I was the only customer and the staff was visible annoyed and irritated when I asked for help, like the price of yarn since none of the prices were posted. I prefer to shop locally, but it won't be here.

Although I was impressed by the selection, I wasn't impressed by the service. The first time I went to this store was for the yarn crawl and the lady there was pretty rude. I'm not so sure I ever want to go back.
