As a first time home buyer, I came into the process with a lot of questions and hesitations. Michael was knowledgeable, gracious when explaining things, and did a good job of helping me discover what I wanted in a first home. He guided me through the process and helped me feel confident in what is an intimidating undertaking. I am so thankful for Michael and his team, and I look forward to when I sell my house so that I have the chance to work with him again.

Michael Bunch is an experienced and extremely knowledgeable realtor. I've worked with him to buy two houses and both times he was invaluable. He made sure we got great houses in the best locations. He steered us away from places where he saw potential problems. He was an engineer in a previous life, so he sees all kinds of things that most people won't (good and bad). Michael is also able to work magic with negotiations and knows how to manage people, which is critical. He is absolutely the realtor you want and need.

5 stars is too few. Michael Bunch sold our house and helped us buy a new house - while navigating the deadlines, hurdles, and challenges along the way like the consummate professional he is. Having worked with other realtors in the past we will never work without Michael Bunch going forward. He makes that much of a difference. As a former structural engineer he saved us from many a headache in buying the wrong house and his critical thinking about strategy for our situation made the impossible doable.My wife and I are professionals and weary of people who over promise and under deliver. Michael Bunch does neither.We both bought and sold a house using him. He made a couple bucks off of us, but his wisdom and advice far exceeded the cost of his services.Highly recommend without reservations.

Michael was an amazing agent! He helped my wife and I find a house we love that fit our budget, in a market where houses were going in a matter of days. Despite us being one of his smaller clients, he was responsive and would drop everything and get us in to tour a house within hours of it being on the market. He had experienced insight on things we would not have been able to recognize, and he worked for us in the due diligence process to get us the most favorable terms possible. Michael is someone that puts his clients first and I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

Absolutely incredible experience with Michael and would recommend him to any and everyone! It is rare to find a realtor that is so personable and is also willing to dig into the spreadsheets and crunch the numbers to make sure you’re making the right purchase. We have had the privilege of being able to do both with Michael and his wonderful team! A tremendous help to have a Godly man working with you through the entire process! I can't say enough about Michael! My wife and I were first time homebuyers and I truly don't know how we would have it without Michael. We ended up in a fantastic home in Peachtree Hills and Michael was with us every step of the way. Not only does he have tremendous industry expertise, but he is patient, kind, and was always willing to explain everything that we didn't know or understand. Lastly, the thing that stood out to me the most was how much Michael was "on our team." If he was just looking for a paycheck he honestly could have convinced us to offer and likely win on multiple houses months earlier. However, Michael sought to get to know my wife and I, truly understand what we value in a home, and convinced us to be patient on the homes that didn't make sense for us. Michael and the Bunch Group of Keller Williams First Atlanta might be the easiest 5 star review I've ever written. He is amazing, has become a dear friend in the process, and Olivia and I both give him our highest recommendation!
