I believe this is the location where Dakari aka D works. On Friday afternoon, D was patient enough to assist me with getting access to my phone,which was completely dead,so we had to contact corporate. Long story short,he displayed a willingness to help,and we got it resolved. People don't have to be nice. Kudos to him!
