I was in a wedding last weekend and needed a nice light beat with a lil pop lol, and I needed makeup. I was a lil nervous about the Cumberland location because of the reviews but good thing I took a chance! They were friendly and Cutie did an amazing job with my makeup!! Thank you Cutie!!! It was perfect!!

I highly recommend this location ? the store manager Jasmine was so helpful and professional. She did an amazing ?? job ? on my daughter for winter HoCo look! Matched her skin tones perfectly and made her eyes pop! Teenager appropriate! Jasmine multi-task well. Thank you so ? much for remembering me and given my daughter a slay!

When MACs systems went down, Cumberland Mac location was no help with honoring my discount at all. I expressed how I’d driven an hour and a half away and urgently needed products. the manager was adamant about not honoring my discount. I called the perimeter location and Deja made buying products such a breeze. It was worth the additional 17 minute drive. Thanks MAC at Perimeter! Do better Cumberland! Go over and beyond to help your customers!!

Terrible customer service. I just left the Mac. I was only there for a few seconds and was met with a stuck up dark skin chick who was very dismissive. I’m asking her questions about make up and at one point she totally ignored me. I just walked out. I came in to restock on makeup and was prepared to spend. The quality of Mac has gone down. So glad there was the Sephora. Much better customer service.

I will never shop at this Mac again , thanks to Mr. Cory and his rude disposition . I’ve been patronizing Max for 21 years and never have I experienced a sales associate who belittled me.

Don’t go to the MAC store in Cumberland Mall if you want good customer service! They are all rude, even the manager. I was trying to book makeup services, was told 4 different things by 4 different associates. The site was not allowing me to book, 1 associate said the site was down try back in a day or so. Another said that means no dates are available, another said the books open 5 days before…so I waited 5 days before the date I needed & it still wasn’t working. Called back to talk to the manager who was rude as ever, she said makeup services are walk in only. Why was I directed to the site to book? They are horrible at this store! Won’t ever try this location again! Go to Sephora they were AMAZING!!

first time in mall and went into MAC store to purchase some items. I walked in with my family and no one said anything to me. I stood at the foundation counter for atleast 15 minutes waiting for someone to come help me because I did not know which color to get or how to apply the makeup. Four people walked in after me and was greeted and serviced immediately! no one helped me at all. We just ended up leaving and spending my money someone else with good customer service. I will not be visiting them again!

My first time going to this location, the day before Christmas and it was very pleasant! The young lady helped me and I got exactly what I needed, in and out 4 minutes. All while delivering excellent customer service!
