People have to be very careful with Kroger the prices they advertise are typically not what brings up at the register even the prices on the shelves don't match the higher prices at the register this is irregardless of whether you have digital coupons or not so it's a very tricky operation. Many times when I'm there things have running up higher and I have to go show them the correct price

Nate, the manager, questioned the legitimacy of my Kroger gift card multiple times - inquiring where & whom I got it from - then going into great detail about a customer who’s been scamming ppl via online gift cards of some sort, Nate continued to ask about the details of my gift card

Lady with the glasses at meat department Rude! Opened Deli late then had an attitude when I asked for service. I waited till she said it was opened and it still was an issue I had to go to another Kroger.

Edwin in the pick-up department has very bad customer service. They canceled my order without notification. And Edwin being the department lead didn’t want to talk on the phone to explain why they canceled the order. I won’t be doing pick-up service anymore. The store Manager has great customer service though!
