Due to relocation, we had very limited windows of time to look for a home in the North Georgia suburbs however Joel was flexible and able to accommodate our schedules. Not knowing much about the Atlanta metro area, Joel was particularly helpful in providing guidance on the different suburbs we were considering. We ended up choosing the first townhome we looked at in Roswell and could not be happier with the choice.

Joel, Grace, Jodie, and the entire Joel Roberts team are the absolute best in Atlanta! We were recommended them by close friends of ours and it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. The house buying process was an arduous one, but this team made it as smooth as possible. They were always available by phone or text, and answered every single one of our little questions that we had along the way as first time home buyers. They recommended services of other companies along the way and every single one turned out to be phenomenal. I give them my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Joel Roberts and Grace for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Atlanta area, they are amazing! They helped me find a beautiful home and made the process smooth. Joel Roberts is not just a real estate agent, he is a real estate expert who cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. He changed my perspective of what a real estate agent can do for a home buyer and showed me how much value they can add to the transaction. My wife and I are so happy we chose Joel to be our realtor! After trying to find a house for 2 years in this crazy seller's market, we finally got a beautiful house with an amazing backyard in Woodstock!We were using another realtor last year and my wife and I decided to switch and try someone else. We heard about Joel through my wife's sister and we decided to give him a try.Joel did not disappoint! He's cool, calm, collected and very knowledgable. What's even better is that he has a team working for you (it's not a one-man operation), which gives you an edge for getting the house you want!Joel and his team are QUICK, too! Our house dropped in price on a Monday and it was within our budget. We saw the house at 12pm that day with Nolan (his assistant). At night, Joel's team had the offer written up and ready for us to e-sign (it would have been quicker if their system didn't go down that day). We e-signed the offer the next morning and a little after 6pm that day our offer was accepted by the seller! Jodie (Joel's admin assistant) said she's never seen an offer accepted that quickly!As a first-time home buyer, Joel was there to answer any questions I had whether on the phone or by text. He guides you every step of the way all the way through closing so you know what to expect! He helped us get $3,000 off of the purchase price during our due diligence period!Joel also offers a mortgage lender and a law firm that he frequently works with. We went with both of them and we're very happy we did!Joel and his team did an amazing job and we finally have a house after waiting for 2 years! A big thank you to Joel and his team!!

Joel and his team were amazing since the first time I contacted them.I was living in Vegas at that time, and they were so helpful, knowledgeable and just help us to find the house that we were looking for. He guided us through the whole process and gave us the best advices. He went beyond our expectations. Totally recommend his work, it’s a very professional and a very nice person. If I needed a realtor in the future, I definitely would contact him again.

Joel is a very experienced and very knowledgeable agent who is more then will to help you find the best home for your needs. While looking at potential properties he would give his input of the home and what to expect. With selling a house he was open to answer any questions you would have and work as hard as he could to get you the best contact to close on. Run don’t walk to let Joel Roberts handle all of your real estate needs. I hadn’t found a realtor I trusted with my condo sell … until I met Joel. He handled the sell of my Condo… I was the only seller who got it above the asking price in our highrise-rise building . Joel and his team went above and beyond in helping me close on my Unit. With great experiences and highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area! My wife and I just moved into our new construction home. We used Joel and his team to help us navigate the complex process from start to finish. He was particularly helpful when it came to choosing our builder, finding the right piece of land and navigating our construction contract. Any time we needed Joel throughout the entire construction process, he and his team were readily available to help at all hours of the day throughout the week. He has excellent insight and his many years of experience were extremely helpful for us when we had questions.Joel was a referral to us from a close friend, and honestly his referral makes sense.
