I bought an almost brand new motor for my car spent lots of money to get it and I brought it here for the install when I got my car back on the drive home it started to get hot so I stopped and had it towed back they first said a hose slipped off the back of the motor and all the coolant drained out and had a blown head gasket this my brand new motor I looked in to my warranty to see what could be done and a few days later japanese motors called me said my car was ready relieved that the motor was fine I picked it up drove it that summer come winter I couldn't get any heat. Come to find out the tore the thermostat out of the housing to keep the car from over heating because it had a blown head gasket. So they lied to get out there warranty period and not have to pay for the motor but they made a big mistake I'm suing them now for the cost of everything witch will be around $6500 do not come here they are liars and thieves

What a disappointment I was at a Honda service department getting a oil change when I see a friend there who told me if I needed work on my Honda that I could take the diagnostic test from the dealer and Japanese engines could save me some money. So I did and when I went to pick up my car and paid the people there over a $1000 I went to drive my car and the check engine light was on something that was not on when I dropped off my car the people didn't know what they were doing the repair problem was so. Over there head my car was in worse shape than it was when I brought it in I could barely make it to the dealership 3 miles away . They seem to have very little knowledge of anything technical. Could you recommend them to no one friend or enemy.

They completely destroyed my car. Returned it as "repaired," with more problems than it was brought to them with! They broke multiple different parts: my turbo now leaks, my intake wasn't even bolted back down, zip ties everywhere, they damaged part of the wiring harness somehow and disconnected the sensor for my airbags, it would take too long to list everything! They kept expensive coils that had been on my car. Additionally, they also began working on my car without my express consent, because an oil company had my car towed as they were responsible for the damage this place was trying to fix. Just an all around disaster. Only take your car there if you want it to be totaled out.

My BMW has been at Japanese Engines Import for over 2 months to replace the engine. Today is October 22, 2020 still I do not have my vehicle. There were several issues that came up which meant more $$$$. I will be editing this review daily until I get my vehicle back.

I work at a mechanic shop (scotts auto center) and brought them my personal engine out of my car to rebuild for around $2000 that took me a year to save up and I've had nothing but issues from the beginning and with the rebuild tons of oil consumption issues I have to put half quart-full quart (depending on how much I drive) of oil in every week, they used the wrong model year water pump that I had to replace again, one of the valve cover bolts is stripped now (it wasn't before) and the vehicle has blue smoke coming out of the exhaust . They said it was just the valve cover or pcv valve which I know it's not. I'm assuming the valve seals or rings weren't done or weren't done correctly . So now I'm just out that $2000 because it's out of warranty .

Went to speak with Mechanic to see if he could rebuild engine in Stealth twin turbo. He gave me a reasonable price, so I will be bringing him the car to start on it. Ryan was excellent!!

Service for my truck went smoothly from start to finish. Not sure what the other negative reviewers were talking about, probably fake, but very affordable compared to other shops and will definitely refer and be back again.

Horrible and lazy, these people cost me so much money and my car got worse with each visit and simple repairs. Took my car for a radiator hose replacement and my car started running hot. They say I need a new engine, turns out I didn't, they simply didn't screw the parts back on. Their trying to destroy their customers cars hoping to make more on new engines. They are frauds.
